The bedroom features a queen size bed with access to 1.5 bathrooms that you will share with our other AirBnB listing. Located on White Oak Mountain in SW NC, this house sits with a stunning view of Hogback mountain and the valley below. From the deck you can even see the lights of Greenville on the horizon at nighttime. The house features an open floor plan with a killer view. We live on a rustic 10 acre property that can be explored with a creek visible from the breakfast nook and deck.

This house has a south facing view of the valley below, with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Since we are on the South end of the mountains, our unique views are incomparable. Once you arrive here, you won’t want to leave.

This unique property offers an escape from the reality of everyday life, as well as access to great local restaurants, and even easy access to both I-26 and US-74. Blaze your own trail through our rustic woods complete with creeks or view Shunkawauken Falls, less than one mile from our home also on White Oak Mountain.

Our home is about 12 miles from the Tryon International Equestrian Center and convenient access to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock and about 45 minutes from Asheville. White Oak Mountain is also home to one of the legs of the Hincapie bike race every October.

Guest access
This unique house offers 2 bedrooms both with queen sized beds and a bathroom on the second floor, used exclusively for AirBnB guests. We also offer an extensive common area on the main floor, complete with half-bath, dining room, living room, and breakfast nook. The bedroom features a mini-fridge, a desk, and television. We give guests access to YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, and even offer NFL Sunday Ticket!!!

Other things to note
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Please be respectful of these quiet hours.

No smoking, including no e-cigarettes in any indoor space. If it is determined that you have smoked indoors, you will be asked to leave the property and charged a $250 smoking fee plus the costs of cleaning.

Only paying guests on the reservation are allowed inside the home.

Pets are not allowed on property either inside or outside, except for service animals.

All rules in our rule book must be adhered to.

We have a key for the front door and a key FOB for the room. Failure to return the front door key or key FOB will result in a $20 charge per each item.

Due to the necessity of preparing for other guests, we reserve the right to charge a late departure fee not to exceed $15 for every 15 minutes after scheduled check-out time.

We welcome and allow children to stay here, but note that we only allow two guests per bedroom. If you have more than two guests, please see our other listing for an additional bedroom, airbnb.com/h/stunningincolumbus.

IMPORTANT: This property only has two AirBnB listings. If both rooms are rented together those rooms will be sharing the same private full bathroom upstairs and still have access to the half bath downstairs. Please note that the full bathroom is only used by AirBnB guests and never used by the host. Please message me if you have any questions.
