Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in the beautiful Livermore wine country just two miles from downtown. With walking/biking trails just across the street and two wineries in walking distance you won’t need to go far to enjoy your time here. This very spacious one king bed bedroom cottage (and queen Murphy bed) is just right for quiet time. Most days you can see horses and cows just out your windows with owls hooting and birds chirping for the country feel.

The space
The front door opens onto a foyer and the full bath with washer and dryer. To the right is the great room where the living, cooking and dining takes place. The queen murphy bed is located out of the way in the living area. Upon entry and to the left is a large bedroom with king bed, large closet and a built it desk area. The bedroom and living room have individual heating and cooling. The water is ‘on-demand’ hot water.

Guest access
Cottage parking is directly in front of the front door. Electric vehicle charging is available BYOC - bring your own chord.

Other things to note
The property is on well water and septic and is powered by solar panels. We ask that you flush nothing but TP. Sometimes during big storms the aquifer gets turbid and the water get some extra siltation. This is very rare and we have a Britta water filter in the fridge for those times.
