This house is the exact same house as my other listing, but we only open 3 bedrooms for this listing to accomodate the needs for 6 guests only.

Aglonie Homestay is a perfect homestay for your family located around Dago, surrounded by favorite culinary places, 3 minutes walk to famous Kupat Tahu Gempol, Breakfast & Kue Sari-Sari (2 min), Sate Ayam Sapi Jando (2 min), legendary Bubur Mang Oyo (3 min), Baso Arif (1 min), Bolen Lilit (3 min), Sundanese Resto Ampera (5 min).

The space
Our entire homestay is a two-floors house with the total size of 115sqm, consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 family rooms with 43 inch BIG TV, kitchen & dining area.

This homestay has beautiful small garden and large open space in front of home: public park and children's playground.

Vehicle parking capacity is up to 2 cars.

FACILITIES:
1. 1 King size bedroom & 2 Queen size bedrooms, with balcony (main bedroom is located on 1st floor).
2. Private bathroom in main bedroom.
3. Free Wi-Fi access in all floors.
4. 2 sofas & 1 sofabed.
5. Air Conditioning (AC) in all bedrooms.
6. 2 Local / Internet BIG TV (43 inch).
7. Complete bathroom amenities (bath towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, slippers).
8. Hairdryer in all bedrooms.
9. Kitchen with cooking utensils (plates, cutleries, pan, cooking pot, rice cooker).
10. Refrigerator & microwave oven.
11. Hot & cold drinking water.
12. Equips with clothes iron and its table.
13. Air Purifier PM 2.5 (avoid bad smell & kills bacteria), located in every floors.
14. Cozy public prayer room (Musholla) with thick soft carpets (secured access between homestay and Musholla).
15. You can use FREE 4 bikes during your stay in our homestay (please ask in advance).

Guest access
All guests have access to all the spaces in the house, booth 1st floor and 2nd floor.

Other things to note
Nearest laundry is located within 2 minutes walking.

The nearest shopping centers are Riau Junction Mall (200 meters) and Bandung Indah Plaza Mall / BIP (300 meters), can be easily accessed by walking. For the youngsters, you can walk only 2 minutes to Bandung's famous Clothing Center (Distro).
