The space
The Bija Villas is a private Canggu estate ideal for families and groups who want to stay together with space to relax. Set within one estate, it features a three-bedroom and a six-bedroom villa, offering flexibility to gather or enjoy quiet moments.

Located near Batu Bolong and Berawa, the villas sit in the heart of Canggu, close to cafés, gyms, padel courts, and yoga studios.

The six-bedroom villa surrounds a lush garden and pool, complete with a Joglo pavilion overlooking the river, a billiard table, media room, and modern kitchen. The three-bedroom villa offers a more intimate retreat with the Cherry Room, private patio, kitchenette, serene interiors, and a koi pond entrance.

Indoors and outdoors, the estate is designed for slow, shared living with inviting spaces to unwind together.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00. Late check-in is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. As our staff are not on standby at the villa at all times, please inform us of your estimated arrival time beforehand. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID, booking voucher or confirmation letter, and complete a registration form acknowledging the villa policies.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges: 50% of the villa rate for check-outs between 12:00–18:00, and 100% of the villa rate after 18:00.

Occupancy & Extra Guests
The rate includes up to 18 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 22 guests. Extra guest fees apply for the 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd guests.

Additional Services
For Booking made after 27 May 2026, Rates apply include Daily Breakfast (Except for Weekly Stay / Monthly Stay). Optional services such as private chef, airport transfers, private transportation, baby equipment rental, grocery shopping, and others are available at an additional cost and should be arranged through our guest services team.
