Renovated 1891 farmhouse in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood with a big yard and charming interior and exterior. Dogs are welcome! Fully fences back yard. Lots of trees, close to The Broadmoor, downtown, Cheyenne Mountain canyon, 7 falls and Garden of the gods.

The space
This is a great home for families, business travelers or couples looking to just get away for the weekend.
With a grill in the backyard on the patio and a very comfortable front sitting room with a wood-burning fireplace and living room in back with a gas fireplace, sound system and a 60” tv, this is a great place to relax and enjoy. Very close to the Broadmoor resort and downtown. Shopping is minutes away as well.
