You’ll have full access to 3 kayaks, a canoe, and a private beach area with a dock.

Located just 5 minutes from a grocery store and a couple of places to eat, this property offers peace and quiet in a more rural setting. Most restaurants and shops are about a 20+ minute drive away in town, so if you’re looking for easy access to city amenities, this might not be for you. However, if you’re ready to enjoy the outdoors and are comfortable with a short drive to all major conveniences, this retreat is ideal.

As with any lakeside property in Florida, expect to encounter the beauty of nature, including bugs, snakes, and even alligators—just don’t try petting any dinosaurs! It’s all part of the Florida charm.

Enjoy the entire home and private beach/dock area during your stay at this cozy 600 sq ft lakeside retreat. You’ll have access to three full-size kayaks, a canoe, and six different-sized life jackets for your outdoor adventures. Relax by the water or unwind with a meal on the propane grill, then cozy up around the fire pit for a peaceful evening. Please note, we do not supply firewood, but we recommend DuraFlame logs, which are easy to light and burn for hours. Perfect for a tranquil escape!

Other things to note
The condition of the beach area is not guaranteed. While we maintain it regularly, grass and natural growth may appear, and it may not always be fully cleared.
No smoking inside of the home. No pets. No parties. The lake house is in a more rural setting and great for relaxing and unwinding on the lake.
