Located 1/2 mile from Saginaw Bay between Linwood and Pinconning, our camp is the best place to begin fishing, hunting, bird watching or family adventures you will never forget.

We just finished renovating our camp that is specifically set up for fishermen taking advantage of the world class walleye fishing on Saginaw Bay. However, the Nayanquing State Wildlife Area borders two sides of our property and would be a fantastic location to spring board your next waterfowl hunting expedition.

The space
Our property is set up in a camp format with a "bunk" style bedroom separated from the living area by a light darkening curtain. There are 3 double beds and 3 XL twin beds set up in a bunk bed format. Easy to climb ladders facilitate easy access to the lofted twin beds equipped with sturdy rails.

The bathroom is located in a separate, fully heated and cooled, bath house just a few steps from the main house.

The living room features a very comfortable leather sectional with reclining over-stuffed leather rocker. There is a smart TV and a mini-pool table.

The kitchen is fully stocked and is equipped with quartz counter tops with lots of room to move around and cook up some fresh caught fish.

There is plenty of parking for your vehicles, boats, trailers and campers. We also provide an RV electrical connection.

Outside you will find a spacious patio with gas grill, picnic table and a fire pit with chairs to help you enjoy the beautiful 1 acre property.

Our clean and cozy camp is located 1/2 mile from the Saginaw Bay. Parking at the end of the road allows for easy kayak launching to explore the inner Bay shoreline or embark on a rustic shoreline hike. Surrounded by fields and the 3,650 acres that make up Nayanquing Point Wildlife Area, the tranquility of the 1 acre property and the presence of numerous birds and animals add to the enjoyment of being in the country.
