Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood of Uptown Kingston, and within walking distance to the Stockade district, sits the ground level newly renovated apartment of our home. Spacious and private, this thoughtfully appointed vacation retreat is perfect for whatever brings you to the most vibrant city in the Hudson Valley.

Whether here for a weekend trip, family visit, work, or a longer term stay, our space can accommodate you comfortably, privately, and cozily.

The space
Our rental unit is located on the ground level of our house, and is an entirely private space with everything you might want for a visit to the area. Easy street parking right outside the lit walkway up to your own entrance and a small patio for sitting and enjoying some upstate air.

*Please note we have an outdoor camera at the entrance door. There are no other cameras in or outside of the unit.*

Enter to a drop zone for shoes, bags, and groceries, and be greeted by a large sectional sofa and Apple TV. The space is open. bright, and newly renovated. You'll find a new kitchen with brand new appliances including a four burner stove with oven, microwave and dishwasher. All enclosed by a generous sized countertop bar with stools.

Adjoining the kitchen is a large six person dining room table for dinner or game night, a queen size pull out sofa, and a comfy recliner tucked into the corner for a quiet reading spot.

The all new bathroom features a beautifully tiled glass shower and all new fixtures including a comfort height toilet.

The bedroom is tucked around the corner past the stairwell towards the back of the apartment. It consists of a comfy king sized bed, two night stands, pull out full couch with memory foam mattress, a small TV, and closet space for unpacking.

Beyond the bedroom is a spacious laundry room with washer and dryer, and extra storage for whatever you may need.

We live in the house upstairs, so you may hear us moving about at times. However, we are conscious of our noise level, and don't have kids or pets.

Guest access
The entire space is yours to use. Any areas not accessible to guests are labeled and locked.

Other things to note
We want you to enjoy our space as much as we do, and part of that might be entertaining friends or family you have in the area. All we ask is that you keep additional guests, and noise level, to a minimum. Please note that quiet time is from 11pm - 8am.

All linens and towels are provided! We also leave extra blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels in the closets of the bedroom.

Lastly, we do live upstairs, and you will hear us moving about our normal lives. However, we're conscious of our noise level, and don't have any pets or children.
