This cottage is a haven of tranquility and an escape for those looking for peace and quiet and for those who love nature. Located near to the river and set within the mature and historical gardens there is ample space to enjoy al fresco dinners under the trees or take a walk through the rambling peach orchards.

The space
Appreciate and enjoy the spacious countryside, enjoy a peaceful nights sleep on an excellent bed. Enter the spacious cottage from either the kitchen area or from terrace into the salon. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with modern amenities and everything you need, adjacent to this is a fully functioning laundry room with both a washer and a dryer. The salon is relaxing and cozy with books, TV and an open fire place (only for use November-April). Everything is maintained to highest standard.
The bedroom is located on the mezzanine level and has big proportions with ample closet space. A mosquito net over the bed is available in case you would like to sleep with windows open! A wall mounted very quiet air conditioning unit cools the room quickly on those warmer nights, keeping you refreshed and cool.
Bed linen, towels and decorative table settings are supplied to create your perfect boutique cottage escape.
The pool is located next to the main house, about 5 minutes walk through the gardens.

You are 15 min from Valbonne, Grasse, Opio, Cannes, Antibes. You have a big choice of walks in the mountains behind Grasse and you have beaches.
Many golf courses are positioned near us in a radius of 8-15 min.
Yes there are lots of things to do if you want !

I think I have a good sense humour, appreciate honesty, adore harmony and I love to help wherever I can.
After having lived in Asia , USA and Britain for many years we inherited this Estate. The farm belonged since 1957 to the parents of my late Scottish husband. I changed my interior design with farming peaches and I learned all about the great art of gardening.
Because of the superb location, the natural unspoilt historic appearance and the interesting water gardens - I decided to share this place with guests.
