The space
Welcome to our cozy three-level vacation home nestled within Aspen Valley's breathtaking golf course community! This luxurious retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for your stay in Flagstaff. The perfect spot for you family to enjoy time together.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting ambiance, accentuated by panoramic views that stretch across the golf course. The main level boasts two living areas - one living area adorned with plush furnishings, complemented by state-of-the-art 75" TV, ideal for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The other with a comfy large couch for relaxing.
The heart of entertainment lies on the lower level, where a well-appointed game room awaits. Challenge your companions to friendly matches of pool on our sleek pool table while enjoying time with friends and family. This level opens up to a small patio, where you can walk onto the course. (after hours ONLY, winter anytime) This home has hydronic radiant heat, warm and cozy.
The accommodation comfortably sleeps 14 guests across multiple bedrooms spread across the three levels. Each room is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration or golfing.

Guest access
This home has a wifi keypad door handle/deadbolt on the front door. The code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number on the reservation. Each guest gets a unique code for their stay!

*NO parties - zero tolerance for parties or events.
*This home has hydronic radiant heat.
*Split unit AC is on the main (entry) floor and upstairs. Portable A/C units in the basement floor bedrooms although it does stay significantly cooler down there.
