You can search far and wide, and not find an A-frame as impeccably designed as this one. It's one-of-a-kind for Lake Arrowhead and we can't wait for you to experience this gem in person. The beauty of nature surrounding the home perfectly complements the natural elements used within the home. You'll love the feeling of complete tranquility from the moment you walk through the door. We invite you to be our guest and come relax in the mountains. We do not allow fires in the blue fireplace.

The space
Birchwood is a completely renovated a-frame cabin, perfect for a family or small group of friends. The entire first floor is open concept and where you will find the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The sofa in the living room also converts into a queen size bed. There is a large fireplace to enjoy, as well as towering natural wood ceilings that make the room feel spacious. There is a completely remodeled bathroom on the first floor that includes a bathtub and a shower. The kitchen has been completely remodeled using materials from around the world, and designer appliances. Upstairs you’ll find the primary bedroom (with a king bed, tv, en-suite bathroom with a shower, and washer/dryer). In the loft there are 2 twin beds and ample living space. The house has a wraparound deck that sits under the pines, with peek-a-boo views of the lake. There is also a fire pit and a bbq on the deck for smores in the evening. We can’t wait to welcome you to this special cabin. Please note, the blue fireplace in the main bedroom is for decorative uses only. For safety reasons we do not allow fires in it.

Also, the house does not have a generator. Every now and then due to weather or fire precaution the electricity will be shut down by the county. No worries, this usually only lasts a few hours and the house is equipped with night lights and flashlights.

Birchwood is located in a very quiet neighborhood on the lush side of Lake Arrowhead. Just down the road and around the bend you'll find yourself at the Lake Arrowhead Brewery, the Village and the lake trail. Set off on a walk along the lake where you can feed ducks or skip rocks.
