Our street is a quiet cul-de-sac with families of all ages with on-street parking and sidewalks. Hidden Valley Golf Course is a 9 hole Par 28 that is 2 blocks or a 10 minute walk from our home. We are a five minute drive from historic downtown Delaware that has many quaint restaurants, local shops, seasonal festivals, attractions and Ohio Wesleyan University is 0.9 miles from our home. We are a 20 to 25 minute drive from Tanger Outlet Mall a local attraction that has a wide array of clothing, home decor, chocolate, and candle stores just to name a few! We are also approximately 25 minutes from Polaris Fashion Place. Delaware has many city parks a short distance from us for your leisure. On the first Friday evening of each month you can enjoy an array of local food, music and booths at our First Friday event. On Saturday mornings you'll find a local farmers market in downtown Delaware from 9:30 to 12:30 housing booths with local produce, baked goods, flowers and other homemade goods.
