Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home away from home. This beauty is tucked away in the woods of Cosby, TN., in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, with country views and farms all around. It is located just 10 minutes from the nearest Walmart, 20 minutes from Hartford, and 50 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Equipped with 2 Queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen, TV, free Wifi, and classic family games in the dining area. Get away and stay today!

The space
Small, but spacious, this home is the perfect getaway spot for some rest and relaxation out of the reach of city traffic and noise. You wil, however, see chickens, turkeys, ducks, squirrels, and occasionally deer or fox. Please note that the driveway is gravel and has a 10-12° slope.

Guest access
Located inside, there is a washer and dryer which can be used free of additional charge. The front porch is screened in and makes a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Also, just down from the house there is a fire pit and picnic table. S'mores are always welcomed!

Other things to note
This property is located in the country, yet only about 10 minutes from shopping and town. It is also just a short distance to the Cosby entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains and the scenic Foothills Trail, which is a favorite in the fall. You can find river rafting in nearby Hartford, and if you're looking for various types of family fun and entertainment, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only 50 minutes down the road. There's plenty of trails to hike, waterfalls to find, and other adventures close by waiting to be discovered by you! Please note that the driveway is gravel and has a 10-12° slope. 2 pet maximum.
