We are pleased to offer a top-of-the-line heating system in our home with Nest Thermostat. This system features a newer 125,000 BTU Forced Air Gas Furnace with rigid steel ducting.
In addition to heating the HVAC system includes a fan mode for added ventilation. During the summer months, the house remains comfortably cool, thanks to the insulated roof and low-E glass. To enhance natural ventilation, there are operable skylights, and cooling fans are available.
The open-concept loft room overlooks the spacious great room, adding a touch of charm to the property. This loft space includes a pull-out sofa that is open to the upstairs level (extra linens are located in the sofa compartment ).
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we strictly adhere to Airbnb's policy that only individuals listed on the confirmed reservation are allowed access to the property. Unauthorized guests, including those brought by other guests, are not permitted.
