This traditional Villa in Mykonos is located above the natural beach of Agios Sostis with private pool and amazing sea view. At 500 meters you can find the famous Kiki s tavern where you can enjoy amazing traditional dishes!

The space
This traditional Villa of 330 m2 is situated near the marvelous golden sands of Agios Sostis beach, famous for its unspoiled nature and turquoise waters.

The villa enjoys a privileged position with extensive sea view over the Aegean Sea and the northern coast of the island, which unveils the true beauty of Mykonos Greece original landscapes. It is 15 minutes away from Mykonos town and near to island's cosmopolitan attractions.

The style of this villa is exquisite: the smooth-edged architecture donates to the exterior of the building a pure look, while the interior is sober and embellished with flair. The bamboo pergola is a relaxing place to enjoy cold drinks and aperitifs prepared from the outside pool bar. The villa has its own private pool with infinite view to the sea.

The interior of the house is fully furnished and is composed of three levels. The middle level has a very comfortable sitting room and a large kitchen with open informal dining room, very functional and nicely designed. The master bedroom with its bathroom is also situated there. On the top level there are three bedrooms (two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds) that enjoy a spectacular view at the sea. The lower level of the villa has its own separate entrance and includes a bedroom with a stone-build double bed, a bedroom with a semi-double bed, sitting room with stone-build single bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.

The swimming pool is located in front of the villa and has its own pool bar and sunbeds for the guests. At the backside area there is a huge parking space that can hold more than ten cars.

The villa is available for private hire, such as social events, weddings, various celebrations and can seat up to 90 guests. Mykonos Greece is the perfect choice to celebrate a special occasion.

My name is Alexandros and I am the owner of four wonderful Villas in Mykonos Greece. Although I have traveled around the world and explored many beautiful places, I have always dreamed of a place that combines everything a holidaymaker could want. My properties in Mykonos made that dream come true. All villas combine traditional Mykonian architecture with the luxury of modern conveniences. They are located in two quite areas above Agios Sostis bay and Kalafatis bay and have view to the Aegean Sea. They are only few minutes away from the famous beaches of the island and from the cosmopolitan and party atmosphere that Mykonos town offers. Finally, I and my partners, personally take care of everything that can make the vacation of our guests unforgettable!
