The space
Consider this your private resort with everything you need under one roof. Perfect place to relax and unwind if you seek quiet comfort, or just to take a break from the messy challenges of life. Includes many amenities not found at other condo developments.

Queen bed for two with with roll out trundle bed to sleep an additional two. Upstairs bathroom has a shower, while downstairs bathroom has the washer and dryer. Thoroughly furnished with teak and melina wood. Granite kitchen fully loaded with everything you need to cook except the food (which you can get from the fairly priced supermarket downstairs downstairs).

Notable Amenities include:
-Key-less entry and auto-lock. You'll be provided a unique door code for entry that will function for the duration of your stay. No meetup for key exchange is necessary.
-One Covered Parking Spot
-Security guards present on grounds at night. Though Pariaso and the Playas Junquillal & Blanca area is very safe.
-Exclusive access to pool and garden picnic area. The pool is for condo guests only, and usually about 3 condos are occupied.
-Washer and Dryer
-Two AC units: one in the bedroom loft, and one downstairs. No additional charge. But please turn it off when you leave!
-WiFi
-Elevator access, though you probably won't need it.

Please note that with the solid Spanish Mediterranean steel reinforced concrete building style of our community, this style of home does not typically come equipped with smoke or carbon monoxide detector. Instead, for a grease or kitchen fire, the common best practice for this region is the fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. Carbon monoxide is not produced in this building. We may decide to handle this differently in the future; this is the current update.

Guest access
You'll be provided a unique 5 digit door code for entry that will function for the duration of your stay. The code will only function for the duration of your reservation. The deadbolt automatically engages after the door is closed.

If you need elevator access, please let me know beforehand as a separate physical key is required.
