Welcome to The Mermaid House, a one of a kind award-winning Architectural masterpiece! Perched above The Brigantine Paddle Club and Marina, this brand new, bay front oasis includes a private 26 ft boat slip and access to the waterfront pool club (summer only) overlooking the Absecon Bay. Only minutes to the action of Atlantic City casinos and nightlife and a short drive to the beach. Beach tags are included!

The space
This stunning modern retreat is located overlooking the Absecon Bay in Brigantine, NJ. The design of the building takes cues from both the active marina and maritime environs, as well as the tidal estuaries and salt marsh landscapes of the adjacent Absecon Bay.

A house manager and concierge services are available as an upgrade. Our concierge will do all errands including grocery shopping and can attend to any and all guest requests. Our team will do everything in our power to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Entire home + Shared Docks + The Brigantine Paddle Club and Marina {open mid-May mid-September}. The Brigantine Marina and Paddle Club is a private membership marina and pool club located on the Absecon Bay waterfront in Brigantine, New Jersey. Guests will have access to the pool, hot tub, bar and restaurant during regular business hours. Access to the club and restaurant (when it is open) is included in your stay. Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the pool or bar area.

✷ Must meet the minimum age requirement of 25. The host will verify government-issued ID and request the first and last name of all guests.

✷ Bed sheets/linens are provided and everything (including comforters) are laundered between each guest! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ Bath, beach and pool towels are provided.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 10 am during the summer season.

✷ Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.

✷Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide & smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, and a smart deadbolt lock.

✷For guests who bring a boat: Please note this Host requires a supplemental transient contract and evidence of $300,000 liability insurance coverage.

✷Please note that the house is only safe for toddlers under continuous direct supervision. Responsibly-aged children should be monitored. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safe behavior on the decks and the property. Parties and commercial activities are not allowed. Pets are not permitted.

✷The Paddle Club is a members-only, family-oriented private marina & pool club featuring an elevated saltwater pool, spa & patio with outdoor dining, a bar, and a lounge. No outdoor beverages of any kind are allowed in the pool area. All guests of The Mermaid House will have access to the Paddle Club.
