Other things to note
WIFI INFORMATION: We are in a beautiful, rural, mountainous area. While we have the fastest Wifi available to us (15 Mbps), it is not as fast as many other areas and you may experience slower speeds than you are used to...particularly when multiple people are trying to use the Wifi at the same time.

NOTE ON ELECTRICITY: Because we are in a remote area, our home may lose power on occasion. These outages typically last around 3 hours, and we will have extra lights and blankets available. Power outages do not impact the use of the wood stove for heat.

FOOD PREPARDNESS: The closest full-service grocery store is approx. 45 minutes away, and while there is a general store with limited food options 10 minutes away, they may not carry all items you need. We recommend stocking up on your food needs beforehand and preparing food at the cabin.

PET ALLERGIES: We have a dog who comes to the cabin with us, and we are a pet-friendly cabin. Our cleaning crew does a stellar job, but they may not be able to remove all allergens from the cabin for those who are extremely sensitive to pets.

SEPTIC INFORMATION: The cabin uses a Septic system. Do not flush anything other than human waste or toilet paper down the toilets. No "flushable" wipes, no feminine hygiene products, or non-biodegradable items.

As a host - I'm passionate about providing an exceptional experience for my guests. One where you are welcomed into our family cabin and can experience the best of the Pacific Northwest! I live with my wife in Seattle, a place that we've called home for the past 10 years and love the natural beauty of the PNW. I work for an airline, so I enjoy traveling and experiencing the local culture whenever possible.
