Welcome to the Rockstar Paradise! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps 8, & includes a fully-stocked kitchen, PacMan arcade, 6 Roku TVs, and two Victrola players with CDs, albums, and cassettes.
Outdoors, swim in the heated pool with safety fence, relax in the hot tub, or gather by the fire pit. Challenge friends on the pickleball court, 3-hole putting green, ping pong table, or cornhole. Cook on the propane grill, then dine under the gazebo with patio heaters for a true Rockstar experience.

This spacious, single level, sun-soaked home, offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation, and is designed for comfort and convenience.
Resort-Like Outdoor Amenities:
• Private Heated Pool with safety fence: Perfect for swimming, floating, or simply soaking up the Arizona sun. We are not currently charging our guests to heat the pool, we include that amenity for free!
Although we keep the temperature set at 85 degrees, we cannot guarantee that specific temperature at all times due to fluctuations in daytime and night-time temperatures throughout the year.
• Hot Tub: Unwind under the stars in the relaxing warm water of our 6 person hot tub.
• Pickleball Court: Includes paddles and balls for family fun.
• 3-Hole Putting Green: Challenge your friends and family to a friendly game of golf in your own backyard.

Guest access
The address, door code, and other essential info will be sent to your phone 48 hours prior to your check in date.
You will get the entire house to yourself.
Guests will NOT have access to the garage.
You can park in the driveway and in the street.
Security:
For the safety and security of the owner and guests, there is one security camera that automatically records audio and video at the outside entrance of the house, and one above the garage.
Other things to note
Check-in is at 4pm MST.
Check-out time is at 10am MST.
No early check-ins or late check-outs.
While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot offer early check-ins and late departures.
This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
If you depart late there will be a $50 charge for every 15 minutes past 10am MST.
We would also like to remind you of the House Rules:
Guest Requirements:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Only the guests listed on your reservation may be at the home.
No visitors are allowed at any time.
No Smoking:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed.
A $250 fee plus cleaning and deodorizing costs will apply.
Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Pets:
Pets are not permitted. A $250 fee plus cleaning and deodorizing costs will apply.

No Parties:
Parties are not allowed.
More than 8 people at the home at any time is considered a party and is strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am in all outdoor areas, including the front yard, backyard, driveway, and street.
This is a peaceful community and not a party zone, so please respect our neighbors.
If you're looking for a party house, please look elsewhere.
Pool:
There is no lifeguard at the pool.
Always supervise children and follow the posted rules.
Do not adjust pool equipment or remove the pool cleaner.
Hot Tub:
Guests must be 25 or older to use the hot tub.
Alcohol is not permitted near the hot tub.
Do not use the pool or hot tub after drinking alcohol.
Lights:
Do not move or reposition any solar lights in the front or backyard.
Garage:
The garage is not accessible.
Please park in the driveway or on the street.
If these rules are violated, your stay may be ended immediately without a refund.
There is no daily housekeeping service.
Please keep all doors locked when you leave during the day or night.
