- No pets. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.
- No confetti or glitter, including confetti balloons. Additional cleaning fees apply.
- Decor: Free-standing preferred. Only use the wall-safe tape provided.

- Check-in: 3 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed; message us the day of arrival to check availability. Checkout by 10 AM.
