A light and cosy studio in a peaceful small apartment building located centrally in Maloja village featuring all the delights of the Swiss Alps. St. Moritz's ski areas are 10 minutes drive , the local ski lift is walking distance, cross country tracks are on the doorstep and Maloja Lake is just across the fields. Summer hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Renovated last year to a very high standard with a new kitchen and modern furnishing, the apartment offers all comforts.

The space
The studio offers an open plan living/kitchen /dining area with a fully equipped modern kitchen featuring quality appliances; dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue set etc. There is tableware for up to four guests and a four seater dining table. The living area features a comfy sofa with two lounge chairs, and a smart TV with international channels. There is a selection of books and reading material in a small library.
Two fold down beds are easy to pull down at bed time, and an extra mattress can be used as a third bed. Built in cupboards offer ample storage and hanging space for clothes and belongings. Large picture windows and a sliding door form the end wall of the apartment give plenty of daylight and access to the small terrace where there is a table and outdoor seating for three. A little garden is accessible from the terrace with a walled-off grass area suitable for children to play in. The bathroom offers a shower/bath, a toilet and sink. Down one flight of stairs is a comprehensively equipped, modern laundry room and a bike/ski storage room.
