Welcome to historic downtown Albany, OR! This newly remodeled, historic building was Albany’s first Opera House. Built in 1905.

The space
This one bedroom apartment is fully furnished with a King size bed and the option to turn the Couch into a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Extra pillows and bedding are located in the bedroom closet. You’ll find everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen. We have a Keurig with coffee pods and a French press.

Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this apartment .
Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture. Only the number of people in your reservation are allowed in the apartment , unless approved by host. Should number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.

No Smoking is allowed inside the apartment . There is a $300 penalty.
