The Eco Chalet is a certified green building home. It boasts incredible mountain views, patio hot tub, modern kitchen and walking distance to downtown. The property sleeps 3 people with one king bed and a pull out couch in the living room. Located just minutes from heritage square with some of flagstaffs best food and drink, there's hardly a better location.
There are 2 parking spaces MAX. Has A/C! This unit does share walls with another unit (below).

The space
Nestled in a historic local neighborhood, our green-built vacation home offers an idyllic escape for nature enthusiasts and urban explorers alike. The Eco Chalet was constructed in 2022 and received a Coconino County platinum sustainability award. The primary structure is built with blocks made from recycled styrofoam. Key features are: solar power, high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, water collection - as well as a great number of recycled, repurposed, sustainable and locally sourced materials.

4 wheel drive or all wheel drive is HIGHLY recommended in the winter. The home is accessed via ally way and has snow in the winter. We are not responsible for vehicles that get stuck in the winter.
