Renovated Loft in a XVII Century gated building, new 24,000 BTU AC by request of our guests, new big screen smart TV, secure, close to museums, archeological sites including Columbus House, Museo de las Casas Reales, shopping's, clubs and restaurants, art exhibitions, supermarket and transportation.
Two story loft, king size bed or twin beds , living room with sofa bed, table for 4, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, two Caribbean Rocking chairs, new bathroom with shower, very hot water and brass sink.
Nice and helpful neighbors.Parking is free on the street or there is a private parking garage near by for small fee.

Other things to note
This loft 103 is designed so it can accommodate comfortably three , two persons sleeping in either twin or king configuration and another one person or two youngsters in first level in a small sofa bed Children have to be supervised by adults.
The space is fully air conditioned; we produce our own solar energy connected to the grid, the area is special circuit with 24 hours power, in case of a sporadic and very unlikely power failure there is no back up for the AC, the inverter has back up power for 110 V, the house will keep fresh, the fan, lights and TV will be working for some hours.

No parking in front of the lofts is possible. Free parking in the streets around.
