Salt Shed Flats is located in the heart of the historic Hayden Granary. The Yampa (Unit 1) features a queen bed, and pull out couch. These are cozy, comfortable, and well stocked units for any length of stay in Hayden, Colorado!

Located 30 minutes West of Steamboat & 5 minutes from Yampa Valley Regional Airport.

The Flat is located near a brewery & food truck, yet typically all is quiet after 9pm.

There is an additional pet fee, cleaning fee for 10+ days and monthly stays.

The space
The Salt Shed Flats is a repurposed salt and grain warehouse converted in 2021 to 4 modern apartments.

Located within the heart of the 'Granary District', to the East is the Historic Hayden Granary (a 501c3 non-profit), on the Routt County; Colorado State and National Registers of Historic Places, with a 1917 grain elevator; scalehouse and warehouse that hosts 'Wild Goose Coffee' shop and 'Alpenglow' beverage bar. To the West is the Yampa Valley Brewing Company and Sage and Spirit food truck. With so many surrounding amenities, the Flats is still a tranquil and quiet location nestled on the north end of Hayden.
