2 upstairs bedrooms: 1 King bed in master bedroom that overlooks living room, 1 queen bed in second bedroom. Vaulted ceiling & ceiling fans in both rooms.

Downstairs includes a private living room with full sofa bed, Smart TV, Free WIFI, DVD player & movie collection.

Kitchenette with dining table, microwave, fridge, coffee maker & kitchen sink. (No stove or cooktop)

Private bathroom with shower/tub combo & stocked with amenities.

Front and back covered porch with dinning table.
Propane BBQ grill that is shared with Rose Suite. BBQ area has a cover, dining table & string lights.

Sleeper sofa can accommodate one adult or two children, weight limit of 180 lbs. Accommodates up to 4 guests

Perfect for adults and kids 5 and over.
Sorry no children under 5 years old.
