Pass through the hall from the living room to find a Western-style room with a massive 98-inch projection screen. A 120cm bed allows you to sit back or lie down while enjoying an immersive theater experience.

Our guesthouse is a renovated building from 1990, and each room is limited to 30A.
Using air conditioners, hairdryers, and kitchen appliances simultaneously may trip the circuit breaker.
If the breaker trips, please reset it using the breaker box located on the wall in the entrance hall.

■ Building Information (No Elevator)
Our guesthouse is located in a small building constructed in 1990, and there is no elevator.
To access the entrance on the 2nd floor, please use the external stairs.
There are no handrails on the stairs from the 1st to the 2nd floor. Guests who have difficulty walking may require assistance from accompanying persons.

The guesthouse is located in a residential area, so the environment is relatively quiet.
However, there is an elementary school and a nursery nearby, so you may hear children playing on weekdays 😊
Additionally, because the stairs are outside, insects may occasionally enter, attracted by the landing lights. Please be aware of this in advance.

■ Loss, Damage, or Significant Soiling of Equipment
We provide various amenities and equipment for your comfort during your stay.
However, in the event of loss, damage, or significant soiling, the following fees may apply:

• Loss: Equipment is missing from the room, shared areas, or other parts of the property.
• Damage: Equipment can no longer be used for its intended purpose.
• Significant Soiling: Equipment is stained beyond what normal cleaning can remove.
2. Charges
Charges will be based on the purchase or repair cost of the equipment. For significant soiling, cleaning fees may apply.
3. Reporting
If you notice any loss, damage, or significant soiling, please notify the host immediately. We will investigate and apply charges if necessary.
