Really nice location that’s right on the edge of the downtown core. Very spacious and clean as well. The only downside is that the building is attached to the restaurant so we found that the hallway often smelled like fish / food - but that didn’t come into the unit at all.

The apartment is wonderful!! Starting with the building's list and staircase that gives access to the apartment, it looks like it was taken from a magazine. The apartment is cozy, with a soft bed, sheets, pillows and duvets of an impeccable white. 5-star hotel bath towels. The kitchen has everything, the dishes are beautiful, there's even a dishwasher... everything is very tasteful. The location is excellent!!! In front there is a small fruit shop where I bought a fruit called "paraguaio", it was supposed to be a joke but I fell in love with the fruit, it's worth trying! I highly recommend Pedro's apartment!! Impossible not to fall in love
