Condo vacation rentals in Riviera Nayarit

Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

By far one of my favorite places I have stayed at! Beautifully decorated, amazing view from your bed, living room, or the spacious balcony, especially in the morning when the sun rises over the mountain. I loved waking up early, making myself a coffee, and watching the sunrise. The absolute best way to start your day. Carlos was amazing, very responsive, and always here to help. The condo is located up on a hill, which didn’t bother me and ensures that the noise of the town doesn’t keep you up at night. Generally speaking, it is quiet and peaceful, which is hard to find in Sayulita. Very happy I found this place, I’ll be back!

Beautiful, peaceful space with thoughtful touches and an incredible ocean view. I highly recommend and already want to return. The design of the space is simply beautiful and so elegant you never want to leave. Plus the shower overlooking the greenery, TV and great coffee and treats! Monica has created something truly special.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. The grounds were incredible. The private pool was used multiple times a day and all of the pools within the resort were incredible. The beach was calm with no waves perfect for our little kids. The grounds were incredibly quiet with very few people, and the staff was very accommodating. It was super easy to use Uber to take us into sayulita for a day trip and Bucerías for dinners, and we loved walking along the beach to the Cruz for a breakfasts. I would highly recommend Jonathan‘s place for a quiet tropical getaway perfect for families and relaxation.

Just far enough out of town to be quite, yet close enough to run in to town for meals. The unit is huge and best of everything inside. If I was to buy a place in PV this would be at the top of my list.

This condo is stunning and exceeded our expectations. Veronica was very helpful and always got back to me quickly. The building is very secure and quiet. This unit is so private and comfortable. Our favorite feature was the giant balcony overlooking the beach. A perfect place to have coffee in the morning and see the sunset in the evening. The pool is also wonderful. And it’s off the main road but still close to everything. We hope to be back again soon!!

5 Stars! This stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The utilities were great, and the shared pool and hot tub were such a treat—especially with the beach just steps away! The building has a warm, grounded, and family-oriented vibe. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, making the community feel very welcoming. The view from the place was stunning, and check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. San Pancho is such a beautiful beach town—charming, peaceful, and full of character. I would absolutely recommend this space to anyone visiting. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Awesome modern beautiful space, the balcony was especially enjoyable. Steps from everything and right above a great smoothie bar with coffee/pastry shop right across the street. I would love to stay again. Thanks Jordi!

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and what a beautiful place to stay my wife felt in love with everything and my family and I felt at home everyone in harbor 171 was very friendly and nice the kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean

Everything here was incredible. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had incredible views and was the perfect location. A 3 minute walk from the beach and within minutes of walking to everything in Zona Romantica, while also still being quiet and peaceful. The front desk security were always present and made us feel safe. And the rooftop pool area was amazing too. Truly an incredible experience and I would love to come back sometime!

We had a wonderful stay here! This condo is in the most perfect location you could ask for. All the best food and bars are within a block or two of this building, with the beach only a few blocks away. The unit itself was spacious and beautiful. You can’t beat the living room balcony view! We also really enjoyed the rooftop pool and views. David’s kitchen was extremely well stocked with all seasonings and utensils you could possibly need and then some. The bed was also extremely comfortable. In coming to PV for 30 years, I typically find the mattresses a bit too firm for my liking here but this one was perfect. Can’t wait to come back here!

That was a lovely place to stay. Dixon is o nice host, always in touch and gave us recommendations about our stay in PV. The view is stunning and worth every step! Highly recommend that condo to stay for a getaway. 5 mins to the beach makes it even more convenient.

A beautiful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Samira's place is stylish and convenient. My partner and I loved sitting in the private balcony pool and enjoyed the inlayed TV's! It is very quiet in the apartment compare to how busy the area is. Communication and attention from Humberto was also good and we felt welcome and safe. This is a great option for a few days in Puerto Vallarta and we would love to be back!

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

The penthouse was a great place to stay for a weekend in PV! We spent hours on the rooftop by the pool. The location was also very convenient for many great restaurants and stores just down the street. Roberto was always very quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in and check out was also quick and easy.

We had a great stay at Dennis’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The pools were exactly what we expected, and we were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop pool and its beautiful view. The AC worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable the whole time. Communication with Dennis and Nuit was smooth, and the check-in process was quick and easy.

I cannot express what a wonderful experience we had in this unit at Pier 57. From the ease of booking and advanced communication with the host to the spectacular accommodations, it was a perfect stay. Christian is an amazing host, who truly went above and beyond to ensure this vacation was memorable. The unit was immaculate, well stocked, and looked even better than the beautiful pictures posted. You can tell the host takes pride in the property, and that is a win for the guests. I recommend this unit very highly, and no, you will have just as an amazing experience as we did!

Everything was perfect! François gave us very good tips for our stay and we had a great time. The house is very nice and the pool is great! I highly recommend it, we'll be back :)

the rooftop pool was my favorite part of this place. the room was clean and the bed confortable. it's close to everything. I will definitely book this place again. 10/10 recommend.
