Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

My vacation was excellent at André’s-Pierre apartments. The host was very hospitable and communicative—he picked me up from the airport and took me to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Monaco and the sea. Huge thanks to André-Pierre for all the help and hospitality! I highly recommend André’s -Pierre apartments with great pleasure!

L'appartamento è bellissimo, super attrezzato e pulitissimo. Parking privato, bellissimo parco condominiale con piscina. Marina è gentilissima e super disponibile. Migliore Airbnb mai provato.

Appartement très bien situé près de la gare et du centre ville. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Appartement petit mais très bien agencé avec du mobilier neuf et dans un état de propreté impeccable. Je recommande cette location pour ceux qui veulent visiter à pied le centre ville et le vieux nice.

Le séjour chez Gérard était très agréable. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Gérard a fait preuve de flexibilité quand aux horaires d’arrivés, je recommande grandement ce logement.

The apartment was really lovely. Everything was as described in the ad and the view from the balcony was really nice. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment is directly in the center of Nice and you have everything you need around you. Train station, as well as the beach and restaurants are all reachable by foot. Also the communication was fast and easy. The Hosts were really nice. I would love to stay here again should I be in Nice another time.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Menton. Notre appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre, proche des commerces. Très pratique pour voir les défilés de la fête des citrons. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Rosa. Un parking pour notre voiture. Visite de la région en train très pratique. Nous allons garder un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

Un grand merci à Daniel de nous avoir loué son logement . 100% identique an la description. On connaît bien la résidence car nous y allons depuis plusieurs années .c’était la première fois dans ce logement . Très bien situé , magnifique vue, ultra bien équipé . Conciergerie super sympa , réactive . Check in et Check out supers simple . Bref 1 gros 10/10.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

Wow wow wow, Herve’s house exceeded our expectations, it’s even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, everything is spotlessly clean and in gorgeous surroundings. All the amenities you could ever need. It is in a private gated domaine so you feel very safe. Nathalie was really helpful and flexible with check in time and met us when we arrived. She also helped us arrange a private chef to come to the villa on the last evening which was absolutely exceptional. It was a great location, about a ten minute walk down to the beach and lots of shops/taxi companies/uber/bars and restaurants as well as the ferry port that takes you to st tropez and other locations. We felt right at home! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful trip.

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Tous les commerces sont proches. Excellent point de départ pour découvrir le Cap Corse et Bastia.

Isabella è una persona simpatica e alla mano, ci ha accolto nella sua splendida villa mettendoci subito a nostro agio. Ottimi i suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. L'alloggio dispone di tutti i confort, bellissima la piscina salata, purtroppo non disponibile non essendo ancora iniziata la stagione. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, grazie di tutto Isabella!

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

We had a lovely stay at Sabine’s beautiful place. The apartment is so stylish and well-equipped, and the sweet garden was perfect for sitting and chilling in the afternoon sun. Très agréable maison dans le domaine de Valcros, au dessus de La Londes les Maures. La maison surplombe la baie et on est sans cesse attiré par la vue. Maison bien équipée, belle terrasse pour lire / se reposer / prendre ses repas au soleil, accessible facilement par le petit chemin. Le plus est la réactivité de Michael que nous avons eu plusieurs fois par message, et la supérette à 5 minutes. Très beau lieu pour randonner et découvrir toute la région, je recommande chaleureusement.
