Felt at home as soon as I arrived here, the decor is lovely and is more spacious than I thought it would be. Also, the best shower I’ve had anywhere I’ve stayed! The flat gets so much light and you can open the big windows for a nice breeze. I thought a sofa bed would be an inconvenience but it was super easy to put away/get out. I felt very safe in the flat, a sturdy door and double lock. No disturbances from neighbours in the month I was there, people in the building were always friendly and said hello. Communal areas are kept clean. The location is great, super close to the train station for day trips and a short walk to the beach. And then Audrey is just so lovely, super friendly, replied quickly to any queries I had and always reminded me she was there if I had any questions/needed recommendations. If I could have stayed longer I would have, I recommend a stay here 100%.

My vacation was excellent at André’s-Pierre apartments. The host was very hospitable and communicative—he picked me up from the airport and took me to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of Monaco and the sea. Huge thanks to André-Pierre for all the help and hospitality! Very well located apartment near the train station and the city center. The apartment perfectly matched the description on site. Small apartment but very well arranged with new furniture and in a state of impeccable cleanliness. I recommend this rental for those who want to visit the city center and old Nice on foot.

The apartment was really lovely. Everything was as described in the ad and the view from the balcony was really nice. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The apartment is directly in the center of Nice and you have everything you need around you. Train station, as well as the beach and restaurants are all reachable by foot. Also the communication was fast and easy. The Hosts were really nice. I would love to stay here again should I be in Nice another time.

We stayed in Rosa's apartment in Menton and had a great time! The location is very central, a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, the Mentone market and all services. The sea view is splendid and the beach is right under the house! The apartment perfectly matches the description: spacious, clean and equipped with all comforts, such as Nespresso machine, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, beach umbrella and deckchair. There were three of us, and it was perfect. The garage (for a fee) located right below the apartment is also very convenient, a real rarity in Menton where finding parking is not easy! Plus, there's also a TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. Rosa was very kind, always available and quick to respond. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Menton!

Itwas the first time in this accommodation . Very well located , beautiful view, ultra well-equipped . Very friendly , responsive concierge. Super simple check in and check out. This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We had a lovely stay at Elodie's place. It was nice to come "home" to after a busy day exploring. She was a very helpful and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as pictured, clean, cheerful amd spacious.

I highly recommend Lucie's apartment. It's bright, spacious, and comfortable inside. Plus two terraces, perfect for relaxing. It is located on a hill, in a nice and safe neighborhood, not far from the station, the port and the historical center. From here you can take an interesting walk with beautiful views. At the same time, it is located a bit far from the center, so you can't hear the tourist hustle and bustle. The host of the apartment is contactable and flexible about check-in times. Thank you so much for this positive experience.

Loved this place. The seaside deck chairs, pools, restaurants were all so lovely. Ideal for kids too.

Wow wow wow, Herve’s house exceeded our expectations, it’s even more beautiful than it looks in the photos, everything is spotlessly clean and in gorgeous surroundings. All the amenities you could ever need. It is in a private gated domaine so you feel very safe. Nathalie was really helpful and flexible with check in time and met us when we arrived. She also helped us arrange a private chef to come to the villa on the last evening which was absolutely exceptional. It was a great location, about a ten minute walk down to the beach and lots of shops/taxi companies/uber/bars and restaurants as well as the ferry port that takes you to st tropez and other locations. We felt right at home! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, thank you for a wonderful trip.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

We loved this place! We loved its location, the house and lovely outdoor space. It was close proximity to the beach and we enjoyed using it as a base to explore the local area. Elodie and Brice were great! I would highly recommend this property, especially for a family.
