Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rives Dervoises

We have been to champagne many times and usually stayed in a local hotel. We wanted a change and this apartment was fabulous. In a brilliant location within walking distance to all the places we wanted to go, clean and compact and a comfy bed. Very clear instructions for a flexible check in and great comms from the hosts. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book again!

Perfectly located in the city center. Well furnished and tastefully decorated. Comfortable with bathroom. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Good sound insulation for the city center. Not suitable for people with difficulty climbing stairs. Very good responsiveness from hosts. Great value for money. Recommended.

This was perfect for our visit to Epernay! Its location on a little side street close to the city center made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants, yet absolutely quiet at night. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The garage parking is an *outstanding* feature! Our hosts provided excellent recommendations and were very quick with communications.

A typical accommodation, beautifully furnished and comfortable in the historic center. Special mention for the excellent quality bedding and for Aurore's kindness and good advice. A place that I will be sure to share with my friends who will come to visit me!

The apartment is centrally located in Épernay. Many shops, bakeries and also the Avenue de la Champagne are within walking distance. The private parking space in the underground parking lot is an advantage and also suitable for large cars. Attention: the entrance to the underground garage is very narrow for a large car. With a little practice, however, it works and there is plenty of space inside the garage. Cathy greeted us very nicely. She only speaks French, but helps herself well with translation apps. Upon arrival, she showed us the parking lot and the apartment in detail, and a bottle of champagne was in the refrigerator. There was nothing missing in the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

Renaud's communication was great. His place was perfect for an overnight stop for us and our dog. Plenty of space, clean and tidy. Outside courtyard is secure for the dog which is great so they can wander about after a day travelling. Supermarket and shopping centre within walking distance. Thank you Renaud

We had a great stay. Sylvie and Jack advised us on bike routes and cultural tours. When returning from activities, the owners asked for our impressions. They let us enjoy the produce from their garden. They decorated the living room with flowers from their property.

We had a nice weekend with our two 9-month-old babies in Guy's home. The apartment is well maintained, quiet and very well equipped! (washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, vacuum cleaner, etc.) Before our stay, Guy was considerate and on arrival we were hosted very well!

We had a great time at Sylvie's, everything is perfect and as described, quiet location and close to the lake (ideal for our fishermen) and close (5mn walk ) to the small village playground (for the little ones) Horses and pony in front of the little house ( which is ultimately not so small) Everything is clean, enough dishes, and the best beds made on arrival Sylvie bravo you are a very considerate host thank you also for the arrival times you gave us

We are traveling with our baby and the accommodation offered matched our expectations. In addition, the umbrella bed with a real mattress for our child is really a qualitative service. We loved the tastefully decorated and small details like: usb wall sockets, baby safe outlets, a garden available, a beautiful bathroom, comfortable bedding, air conditioning in each room, blinds to sleep in complete darkness, welcome chocolates, a minimum necessary in the kitchen (coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil...). We'll be back for a stay for sure. Congrats on your work! And thank you for the quality of the place.

Apartment located near the center of Troyes, ideal for visiting the city. Quiet, well-appointed and functional apartment. The beds are large and the bedding is very comfortable, from the mattress to the pillows. The host's welcome, although our arrival was late, was unparalleled and warm, thanks to him. Our experience was excellent and we will be back for sure.

This apartment perfectly met our needs for a couple nights in Epernay! It’s very comfortable, good location with parking, and as described in the listing. Jean Philippe Et Isabelle are such thoughtful, gracious hosts - we sincerely appreciated the toys they set out for our toddler to play with :) highly recommend staying here, and we would absolutely return!

The best part about this place in Epernay is that it is in the perfect location so that after you have done many champagne tasting you can walk back you your place and don’t have to drive. My favorite item in the apartment is the kitchen table transforms into a pool table Pretty cool

Very good stay of 2 nights. Bernadette kindly welcomed us before the proposed check-in time, which was very convenient for us. Very well located accommodation for visiting this beautiful city on foot. To park the vehicle, Stéphanie gave us tips and in particular free parking 12 minutes' walk away.
