Vacation rentals with a sauna in Rivedoux-Plage

We had a great stay at Claude's place. He is a host who takes the time to welcome us and it's nice. Claude takes care of us, he found us a crib in record time. It was also very flexible for check-in and checkout time and when you have a toddler it's great. The residence is idyllic, quiet and very well located. A great playroom also for the kids. The pool may be a little old but well heated.

Well-equipped studio, just next to the pool, and quiet anyway. Communication a little minimal before the stay but everything went well. Comfortable for three people and above all very well located very close to the center of Saint Martin.

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

Our stay at Julie's place went very well. The exchanges were very clear. Julie is very responsive. We had asked for a checkout a little later which she accepted without problem because it was not rented after us. Too bad the pool was not open but it concerns the residence and not Julie. It now opens from July. Thanks again Julie!

Thanks to Alison for this apartment, we felt very good there. We spent a weekend in La Rochelle, close to all amenities, and the city. The property is conveniently located easy to access and secure for parking. A quiet and relaxing terrace, the same for the residence!

A very good welcome as soon as we arrive in this pleasant setting. The rental is close to shops and is in a quiet setting.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

We had a little trouble finding the place as we didn't understand that it was within the stone and vacation grounds. The residence is beautiful and the accommodation is as described. The cleanliness is impeccable. The pool with Sauna and hammam are very nice at the end of the day . The owners were flexible with our check-in time. Thanks to them . Only small downside, the poor insulation of the apartments , in an old building that meant that we were woken up every day very early by a very noisy family who lived above . That doesn't stop us from really enjoying our stay in this very well located and very well furnished apartment. The owners are responsive and friendly. I will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Muriel's apartment. Small clean and functional cocoon located in a quiet residence. Muriel is very pleasant and available. I would highly recommend a stay on Ile d 'Oléron.

Great stay at Caroline's beautiful place. We enjoyed the quietness of the residence and its easily accessible pool. The place is located 10 minutes from La Rochelle so easy to access. Incredible stay for two nights with my family on our way through France. Laetitia was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property has been done up beautifully and all the facilities are perfect, especially the gym and the spa area which we were kindly offered to use for an hour during our stay. The pool area is fantastic and gets sun all day. All the bedrooms were great, we were 8 adults and I would suggest that the rooms are more suitable for 6 adults in the double rooms and the other rooms for children only (small room under the stairs and bunk bed room). Can’t fault the property or host at all, we had a lovely stay.

We had a brilliant relaxing week at La Villa Douce. It was well located, close to the airport, shopping centre (5 minute drive) and to La Rochelle city centre (10 minute drive). The house was extremely well equipped and exactly as described. We loved the pool area and the well maintained gardens. Check in was really easy and welcoming and everything was explained clearly. Would highly recommend.

great place to stay for a week with the family. we did a lot of bikes (the slopes pass in front of the residence) and could cool off in the pool when we returned quiet and family residence

Central location for visiting the island, quiet in a residence. Lots of amenities in the home for cooking and for babies. Small but very functional space. Great welcome for the concierge. Perfect stay!

Beautiful location, the outside is really great with the possibility of eating in the shade under the trees. Very close to the beach.

Accommodation as expected and very clean; a very welcoming host and not hesitating to do a service if needed.
