We were hosted very well even with a late check-in. Françoise is very available and responsive. The accommodation is very clean, functional and very well located (close to the first shops: 2 min walk, 5 min bike ride to the center and the beach). I highly recommend this listing!

We came (my mother, my 2-year-old daughter and myself) to spend a few days in La Rochelle in Fabrice and Catherine's home. Everything went extremely well. They were very welcoming and available, left us plenty of recommendations nearby. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated and very clean. It's a flawless one for us! The big plus for our 2 year old daughter: umbrella bed with mattress, high chair and children's games!! Thank you 🤩

A very well-equipped apartment with a beautiful little garden, in the heart of a peaceful neighborhood of La Rochelle. The location allows you to walk to the old port or the waterfront.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Excellent week-long family stay at Philippe's. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and ideally located ( close to the sea and restaurants). We appreciated the welcome and availability of our host.

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

The apartment is really spacious, very clean and totally matches the photos ,even better😉 - Everything is modern ,tastefully decorated, everyone has found their place in this beautiful space - The two terraces are simply superb , with a preference for the incredible rooftop, without any vis-à-vis , and its comfortable jacuzzi sheltered by a bioclimatic pergola - Magical and quiet family view, just what we were looking for 😍 Very close to La Rochelle and many sites to visit that were recommended to us by our hosts - We had a great week with the kids , and will be back with pleasure if we are visiting this beautiful area 😊

It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Located in a very nice campsite, with lots of greenery and very clean, the accommodation is impeccable, totally matches the photos and description, the enclosed outdoor terrace really provides a great additional space, very nice.

Too bad the bakery blocks access to the parking lot and the two places in front of the accommodation are permanently occupied. For the rest very well

Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.

Very nice accommodation with its small terrace out of sight. The jacuzzi is a real treat whatever the weather. Very well located on the island. You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming. A big thank you. We'll be happy to do it again.
