Very nice location, comfortable, very nice host, I had forgotten the keys inside and very quickly he had another pair of keys delivered. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Perfect.

This is a great location in a quiet area with lots of greenery in and around the area. Beautiful and well kept apartment with plenty of space and nice amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to couples or single travelers.

Very comfortable stay. We had two seniors with special needs and it was easy to access . Comfortable beds, bed linens appropriate for the climate and plenty of them! Elevator and parking are definitely a plus! Thank you Ancizar!

Clean, cozy, nice area

Daniel was a responsive and professional host. His place is extremely well located only a few walking blocks from El Cable center. Kitchen is well equipped and bed is very comfortable. Modern building. A bit noisy at night during end of week and weekend due to outside activity but nothing that should keep you from feeling confident with the place. Loved the area, friendly doormen and neighbors. Balcony with hammock is a great touch. Will book again when I return.

Absolutely fantastic, tastefully furnished and fully equipped apartment! Definitely the nicest Airbnb we stayed in during our trip through Latin America. The location is also ideal: Numerous shops and restaurants are right outside the door. The jeeps to the Termales Santa Rosa are reachable in a few minutes' walk. Communication with Sandra was also excellent – fast, polite and very accommodating.

Maria's place was clean and matched the description and photos exactly. The view from the balcony at night is beautiful. If you like the sounds of a busy city, this is your place! We had a few issues but Maria quickly responded and sent a handyman. All was fixed to our satisfaction. Maria is quick to respond and willing to show up when necessary. We really loved the accommodations and enjoyed our 3 weeks here. Note: It is not in the Pinares area of Pereira but is within walking distance (crossing a busy street). We highly recommend this studio apartment.
