This is the second time we have stayed in Cesar's apartment and he has always met all expectations, a very good location, the sector is very quiet, nice and has restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The place has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely require it to stay there.

Second time in Pereira and this is by far the best place to stay. Location is perfecto, 2 minute walk to restaurants, mall, convenience store, pharmacy etc. Easy to get around and very safe area even at late hours at night. Can't go wrong staying here.

Super comfortable and excellent location

The host treated us super well, helped us a lot and answered very quickly when we needed him, he was super kind. The apartment was just like the photos, it was clean and very well-equipped, the kitchen was complete and we felt very welcome. The area is very safe, it is right in front of a police station, it is easy to get to. It was a quiet area, perfect for relaxing with family or friends.

I liked the accommodation. It's just like the photos and the description they give. I would like that for the next time there were more kitchen utensils for those of us who love to cook, but everything in general was very good :)

Alejandro’s place is beautiful and spacious also very clean, location is great within walking distance of bus terminal and few shops and restaurants. Alejandro gave us clear instructions for checking in and was attentive if anything needed. Nothing was needed as he provides everything in the apartment, Adriana was super friendly too and keeps the place pristine.

Everything is very neat and clean, it is a cozy place. Don Charles was very attentive in case we needed anything. Highly recommended

She was friendly and easy to communicate with. She also recommended some places to go if you want to eat something authentic from Pereira. The place was super clean, everything was in good condition, and the bed was very comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this place.

The place was exactly as advertised. Convenient location for the center of the city. The Waze directions link from AirBnB did not get me to the location. I ended up using google maps which worked perfect. The lobby desk is 24 hours. The room was a little noisy but I slept OK. Also there was no dishsoap for washing my dishes and no laundry soap for the washer but easily solved using Rappi!

Beautiful spacious apartment, all amenities, close to shops, restaurants, bus to the thermal baths, passes in front of the village center, is a 20-minute walk away

I can honestly say William is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Very responsive, and always helpful. The apartment is as described The area is local and there were lots of places to eat. We actually cooked our meals for most of our stay as the kitchen was very well equipped. And there were 2 grocery stores nearby. A bit noisy at night but nothing that prevented sleep. I used the gym which was nice but we didn’t use the pool although it looked very nice. I would recommend staying here. Of note we didn’t use the second bedroom but it is as described.

Absolutely a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable. Everyone is very friendly. The pool area looks amazing. Less than a 10 minute walk is a market where you can find anything needed. A bakery is next to it so plenty to choose from. Taxis are easy to get. Had a wonderful time.

The apartment it's really nice There was Jacuzzi and Sauna that we can use We try it to use it but we never use it because both you must to have a special key to turn them on and we never had the special key to turn them on We asked the security how to turn them on and the security told us to contact Tatiana I did message Tatiana and she responded me back when we was already on the way back to Medellin
