If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. What a little paradise in Istria 😍 A great house with everything you need. We have 3 teenagers and a dwarf poodle. The house offers enough space and is not at all noisy. It is very stylish and was also very clean upon our arrival. The large garden is fantastic. At any time of the day you will find enough shade from trees or the walls of the house. The pool is an ideal size and there was also enough room for all of us. It also has a great and above all very comfortable lounge. The 15-minute drive to Rovinj didn't bother us at all. So we could explore a different beautiful beach every day and were happy to return to the quiet Kurilli. It was a perfect first vacation in Croatia for us and certainly not the last. We can only warmly recommend this place!

Such a beautiful home! It was better than expected. Alen and Gloria are fantastic hosts. The space and view are spectacular, secluded, and peaceful with all the amenities needed and then some. We look forward to our next trip back here!

There were four of us + dog for 10 days at Sanjin's great place in Marići. From the location to the hospitality, everything was perfect. We were lovingly received, the house was very cozy and warmly decorated and we were granted additional wishes to make our stay even more beautiful. The area is very quiet and you can relax super, the sea and shopping are only 10-15 minutes by car. We had a great holiday and will be happy to come back!

Nardi was by far the best host we've ever had in all our Airbnb experiences. He was incredibly friendly, reliable and immediately took care of all concerns. Once, when we asked him to remove a wasp nest, he not only came promptly, but also brought us – as he did on the second visit – something to eat. A gesture that touched us very much. We were particularly impressed by his helpfulness when a family with their child had to go to the hospital at short notice – even here Nardi offered his support. Just a great host! The accommodation itself is also highly recommended: very clean, tastefully furnished and with a beautiful view. Everything you need is available – and there are no unnecessary things around, which is especially ideal for families with small children. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Thank you for everything, dear Nardi!

The house was perfect and Alisa was a wonderful host.

We stayed at Helena’s for a month with our adult children and two grandchildren. It was absolutely perfect. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining chairs. The loungers could be in the sun or shade and the garden was immaculate. We walked to Malinska everyday and to the neighboring villages. The bikes were great and we enjoyed all of the bike routes, especially 411. A perfect place for anyone who loves the outdoors.

Beautiful house, very neat and very clean, it smelled great and it was lovingly decorated. Great communication with Goran who went to great lengths to give us tips for restaurants and was always immediately available! We were a little surprised about the toilet situation as in most rooms there was an open toilet + shower without a door, this was not really apparent from the pictures. Unfortunately, the house is completely unsuitable for small children, lots of tripping hazards, open cables, etc. The most disappointing thing was the upper floor which had neither a door nor a wall around it, it is just an open attic with two beds, that should definitely be included in the description! For 4 couples without children a great house to spend a great vacation upstairs!
