Vacation rentals with beach access in Rio Tinto

Everything is very organized, extremely clean, very nice environment and close to EVERYTHING. The hosts responded quickly and were very helpful to us. We loved the experience!

We've had a magnificent stay and would definitely come back. Flat is well furnished, comfortable beds, well located in a safe area on a walking distance from the sea, supermarket and pharmacies. The terrace area with a swimming pool and a barbecue area was a plus. The host, Manuel, is super friendly, helpful and proactive. We had a very late check-in and he made sure to greet us in person. One of my best Airbnb experience and I highly recommend the place.

The apartment is much larger than the photos show, a very good view of the sea, very good internet, I was able to work remotely without problems, I recommend it.

Great accommodation and wonderful location! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, has comfortable bed and pillows, great bath towels. Arsênio was clear in the previous information and, during the stay, it was also super helpful. The beach in front is delicious, is on the best stretch between the urban beaches of João Pessoa and has a bar with chairs, sun umbrellas and good snacks just steps away from the apartment. I highly recommend you stay!

Simply impeccable! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great cordiality and attention. The place is extremely clean, organized and cozy. Every detail has been designed to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay. The bed is super comfortable, the environment is quiet and everything works perfectly. Undoubtedly, it exceeded our expectations. I recommend it with my eyes closed and we will definitely return!

We had a great stay here! The apartment and especially the rooftop view and pool are gorgeous, and the location is amazing! Safe and directly on the beach. Carolina is also very helpful and responsive! Just one tiny room for improvement: The link to open the door is quite slow, maybe another form of (digital) key would be good!

Wonderful place! It's worth it. The backyard is the beach. Waking up to the sound of the sea and the sunrise was an incredible experience. Apartment that can be shared by 4 people, very quiet. All utensils available. Excellent. Apart from the barbecue space, swimming pool... it is ideal for those who want peace and quiet with the family. I will definitely return! I suggest leaving more cleaning supplies available to keep the space clean: such as a trash bag, for example, and/or items to clean the floor and bathroom.

The stay was perfect. The photos are misleading, the view of the sea and the Bay is amazing from there. It's a little far from downtown, so it's quieter, and it's close to the fort and access to the villages

Beautiful house, fully equipped and with everything needed for a simple and very comfortable hosting. The house is at the village of Barra, a place of affectionate, honest and hospitable people. Very good to rest and enjoy a little of this paradise on earth that is Barra de Mamanguape.

Wall-mounted air-conditioning, a little noisy, but very efficient in the bedroom. Kitchen with the necessary for two or three people and an efficient refrigerator. The holidays in Paraíba were days of great joy. The apartment was the perfect choice. Clean... organized. With everything we needed. Clean and fragrant bed linens... anyway, the whole family loved it and is already thinking about coming back.

The condominium is quiet and safe, great for those traveling with children. The leisure area is perfect, with stunning views. As for Claudiene's space, everything is very clean, organized and cozy. There were 6 of us and it accommodated us perfectly (it would even accommodate more people comfortably). Five-star host. We loved the stay and plan to come back for sure.

The stay met our expectations in terms of cleanliness, utensils, comfort, pleasant region and with good options for activities in the surroundings. We had a setback during the stay, which was that the Internet didn't work while we were there, which ended up using up the cell phone internet plan of everyone who was in the apartment. I understand that these things happen, it's not the host's fault, we were there on the May 1st holiday, right next to a weekend, and companies ask for a deadline to send someone to the site to perform service. But unfortunately we went through this situation and I needed to report it. Mrs. Evanice, the owner's sister, apologized for what happened and was always available, answering our questions and other demands quickly.
