Middle drawer has extra hand towels, saran wrap and foil. Bottom drawer has main pots, saucepans etc. The two cabinets to the right have a rice cooker, toaster oven, etc. On the countertop you'll find a convection/ microwave oven. Please use the provided plastic splatter cover when using the microwave option. The coffee maker is to the right of this. LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. BALCONY; 2 chairs and convertible table are located outside. 2 matching chairs are in living room for versatility and to accommodate 4 guests on the balcony. El chaise contiene un topper del colchón, linos, almohadillas y un edredón para su conveniencia. RECAMARA PRINCIPAL; Dormir en esta cama de tamaño King es una ventaja después de un largo día en la playa y turismo. Tiene un colchón de firme medio con un topper de espuma de gel para el equilibrio justo para la mayoría de los durmientes. La altura es alta, pero mi marco de 5 pies le encanta sentirse perdido en ella. La habitación tiene un aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo con control de pared. Dos mesas laterales y lámparas están a ambos lados de la cama para mayor comodidad y ofrecen almacenamiento para leer libros, etc. Un despertador se proporciona con 2 puertos USB integrados para una fácil carga del teléfono. Personalmente, me gusta la oscuridad completa .. que se puede tener si se abren las ventanas y cuidadosamente deslizar las contraventanas cerradas desde el interior. Sólo ten cuidado con los dedos. ¡No los pellizque! También tiene la opción de apagar la pantalla de alarma pulsando el botón designado en la parte posterior del reloj. VESTIDOR; Un tocador grande a lo largo de la pared tiene mucho más espacio de almacenamiento. Adriana’s home was everything we were looking for and more. The beach is pretty much in the back yard with a few restaurants nearby. There was plenty to do on the beach as well as surrounding towns. Location was 10/10. Only a short 20 minute walk downtown or 15 minute walk on the beach to a few restaurants. Highly recommend and hope to be back :)

Super nice! 100 yards from the beach and a few fun restaurants The beach is quiet and lovely - really lovely - with many other beaches within a short drive. Also right next door to a big nature preserve! And the town of Ricón, maybe 5 minutes by car, is adorable . The home is spotless. Couldn’t be better!

Rincón beachfront w/patio, balcony & pool.

My family and I have been visiting Rincón for almost 20 years. Up until last year, we had our own place to stay. So while Rincón isn’t new to us, staying in an Airbnb is. Juan’s check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The AC in all rooms works great. The beds are comfy, and the house was clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The internet is strong enough for streaming. There’s a washer and dryer, and the fridge has an ice maker! The pool is just steps from the front door, and most times we had it to ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The full-time and seasonal neighbors we met were very friendly. The location is perfect. It’s a short walk to Marina Beach, downtown is walkable, and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve path is nearby. A couple days, we didn’t even use our car. Many of Juan’s food recommendations matched our own, which was great to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Words can’t describe how perfect this trip was and the house was the icing on the cake. Responsive host, even more amenities than you can ask for. Great kitchen, beach supplies, extra linens, pillows, towels. Just wonderful to not have to worry about anything. The area is right in the middle of everything but tucked away for more privacy. Shower head developed a crack and was fixed before we returned from the beach. New lovely master shower head now, was an extra bonus! Book this place and have a great day every day like my group of six did. Thanks again!!!

The house was beautiful! We loved the pool, my nephews spent a lot of time swimming. Loved that we could walk to restaurants both near the beach and in town. Nice, private backyard and plenty of room for our party of 8. Would definitely recommend this location if you have a larger party and want to be near a good amount of stores/restaurants. Not far from Aguadilla airport either.

I have been rent airbnb properties for quite sometime now. I have stayed in some of the nicest properties. Allison's place was the nicest and most comfortable property I've stayed so far. the amenities was not compromised. everything I needed was there. I was even able to cook in that beautiful kitchen. the bathroom is super clean. the swimming pool was super clean. and the beach was walking distance and was very private and the water was crystal clear. This property was worth paying for. I would come back to this place again definitely. I recommend this place 1000%!!!

Villa Olimpicos Rincon

The condo is walking distance to coffee, lunch, and, most importantly, the beach. Beach gear was provided: chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cooler. We ended up driving to the beach, but that was because we made good use of all the beach gear. Shops are within a short driving distance. You can walk to town, Playa Lala and the balneario, but we made good use of the beach gear and drove the few minutes. The view from the balcony isn't that awesome, but we didn't spend that much time in the condo to care. At the end of the day, we returned to a comfortable, quiet space for a restful evening that left us ready for another day of beach and island exploration. I totally recommend staying here.

This small but cozy apartment in the town of Rincón was an absolute gem. The view of the beach and the Caribbean Sea is simply breathtaking, and watching the sunset from the window was a magical experience every evening. The place had everything my partner and I needed: beach gear, TV, a comfortable lounging area, and a balcony overlooking a double pool with chairs, showers, gazebos, and restrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for preparing our favorite meals together. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully arranged. You can really feel the care and attention from the host, Frank, and his team, who guided us every step of the way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Highly recommended! I would definitely love to stay here again.

Excellent! This is the second time we've stayed here, and once again, the experience was really good. The condominium and common areas are super quiet and clean. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. I recommend it 100%. We were there during the days when the blackout was on the island and the generator worked excellent.
