Perfect place to stay for any kind of trip. You feel like home. Super clean and well furnished apartment, very modern. Amazing terrace! Very quiet area. Many restaurants nearby. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Maxim&Maria are super hosts. Always available to help. Next time I will definitely book their place again.

Such an amazing place it was so beautiful and clean and really modern. I felt just like at home and the location is in a quiet place that helped me relax and enjoy my stay whit out any loud noises. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks me about a great place to stay.

This was my second stay at Elina’s place, and once again, it was a wonderful experience, even though it was a brief visit. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and has a welcoming, homey atmosphere. Elina is incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. The location is perfect for exploring Riga, with the Old Town just a short distance away. Highly recommend!

The journey was great and the location of the appartment was perfect. I recommend it! However, we had a problem with the steps outside who where dirty with a lot of garbages/bottles. It was the only little negative point of our journey. But I recommend this AirBnb without problem.

Kaspar place is located at a nice quiet neighbourhood but very accessible though bus from old town. The room and toilet are clean and comfortable. Will recommend people to come and stay!

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

Liked the place, everything was orderly. Some outside boards on terrace and porch were a little loose and the backyard is a little small, but everything else was good. Check-in and check-out was good, place was clean, nice stay.

The place has a very comfortable bed, large bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and the place is very sanitized. We recommend it.

Everything was great! Rita was nice and helpful. The place is not too far from city center and sea.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and coolly decorated. The highlight is the sauna. The house is in very quiet surroundings. 10 min to the stand. It is highly recommended.

Great apartment, very good location with private parking, easy access to city center with car or public transport (tram stop 3min walk) - 1 stop drive over the bridge. Apartment in good condition, kitchen fully equiped, comfy beds. Host gave clear instructions, easy to check-in. Very satisfied.

Everything was perfect, the house was clean and enjoyable. The only thing was that there was sometimes a strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom ventilation system as some neighbor was smoking, but if that happened again just leave the ventilation system on, and should be fine. Otherwise, I recommend this appartament and will be staying again if needed.

It's a stylish place and easy to park and use a tram. Found a wonderful restaurant and the Anatomy Museum near. Super comfortable bed! We had an electric car so valued that we were able to change it in the yard.

Great apartment and excellent location, communication with Martin was quick and easy and entrance instructions were very clear and of course the private parking, without a doubt one of the best apartments I've stayed in. I recommend.

A very comfortable and tidy place! The home is spacious and clean, and the kitchen equipment was a pleasant surprise – not only were all the essentials provided, but there was also a milk frother and a blender. The oven worked great, making cooking easy. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, but overall, everything was very comfortable. The check-in and parking instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend it!
