A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Great location and neighbourhood. A few minutes’ walk to St. Kilda beach. The house is cozy with a lot of sunlight. Nice decor.

We had an amazing stay at Wade’s Air BNB. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The apartment was so spacious and stylish, and the location was perfect - we loved exploring the surrounding neighbourhood. Wade went above and beyond, and was an amazing host throughout the stay. Couldn’t fault this place! Will definitely be back!

Nice apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. In a great location in Richmond, good for trams etc. Some brief noise from people outside on Friday/Sat nights but to be expected in the location.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short 10-minute walk to the city center at a relaxed pace. The free private parking was super convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the entire place was spotlessly clean and very cozy — it truly felt like home. Highly recommend! We’d be happy to come back again! Tree Tops on Tullo was a perfect stay to explore Richmond, surrounding suburbs and Melbourne on foot. Great cafes and wine stores across the road and around the corner. We enjoyed the spacious light filled apartment and the outdoor balcony in the tree tops with heating! The bath was fabulous and well used! Place was so clean and warm and welcoming. Lovely hosts.

We loved our stay here! Very quiet despite being right on Smith St and great to stay in a building with so much character. Easy walking distance to Gertrude St and right on the tram line, with heaps of vintage and small boutiques nearby. Hugo left clear instructions and checkin was easy. This is now our go to for Fitzroy 😊

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable, thoughtful gifts, like wine and a litre of milk, chocolate biscuits! The beds were incredibly comfortable as were the balcony seats. Claire responds promptly and is extremely helpful in every way. We had an incredibly comfortable relaxing stay close to everything we could ever need!

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. Ikigai was a great host. The apartment is located close to the museums and restaurants and it is easy to get around by walking. We stayed in the apartment with our family and our son and felt right at home. I highy recommend Ikigai’s apartment.
