Entire refurbished Mumbles Cottage with Hot Tub

HollyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay was lovely, the house was beautifully renovated and honestly couldn't fault it! The hot tub was a highlight in the evenings after a long few days exploring and really helped us to relax! Comfy beds, and lots of storage space with big wardrobes..only thing I would say is the sun does stream through the windows (which is lovely, just means early starts) as soon as it gets light out, blackout blinds or curtains in the bedrooms would maybe be useful in the summer months if you aren't looking to be up so early but that was the only thing I could add!

Mabel Cottage , Hot Tub, 1 Bed, Barn Conversion

IanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a fantastic stay for 2 nights at Mabel Cottage. Debbie was on hand to greet us immediately upon arrival and she talked us through all of the relevant instructions for the hot tub etc. Very friendly and approachable and made it clear she was just over the way if we needed something. The barn was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Towels were provided for the bathroom and the hot tub and we had a relaxing time. The wood fired hot tub was great......we spent about 2+ hours in there on our 2nd night. We also made use of the BBQ under the covered area (needed in the Welsh rain). The local area is stunning and there are lots of dry and wet weather things to do within the Brecons area. Revisiting the Waterfalls was a highlight ......you do need to be energetic as described as some steep gradients and uneven steps/ground! All in all we had a fantastic time at Mabel and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location in rural West Wales. The online handbook was extensive and made planning our week super easy. The cottage has everything you need for a quiet retreat, with extras that gave it that luxury feeling. It made a great base for exploring the area, but is also a comfy escape if you just feel like staying in. Host was friendly and responsive to requests. Would love to stay again.

Just back from a really fab stay at Redberth Gardens. Such a unique experience with alpacas right next to our cottage! The location is great being a few minutes from both Tenby and Saundersfoot. Hazel Cottage has been beautifully equipped and decorated to make guests feel welcome and at home. Dan kindly stopped by with a map of the area, and great suggestions for walking trails. As clearly advertised, the cottage is near the top of a fairly steep hill, but well worth the climb! We highly recommend this lovely place. Thanks Dan, way more than 5 stars!

Dairy Cottage- Relax and escape

KatieRating, 5 starstoday
Loved the remoteness of the location, the garden was totally enclosed for the dogs which is important having a small dog. Very comfortable, little touches like face cleaning towels and dog towels were great. Loved watching the birds feed from the table and Maria left extra bird food which was needed. The forest attached was nice to negotiate through, although it does need a sturdy foot which wasn’t a problem for us. The outer garden was nicely strummed to create walkways. Having a dog that doesn’t do well with strangers and neighbouring dogs it was perfect as we were not disturbed at all. The Wi-Fi was super fast. We had a lovely relaxing break thank you!

Stable: National Park, sea view, near coast path

PhilipRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The setting was perfect for our adventures around the Pembrokeshire coast , the accommodation was excellent, sitting outside with a nice cold beverage watching the sun slowly sizzle into the sea. We loved it , especially the dogs who were excited by the wildlife and the brilliant little coves we explored. There was some busy farm work at the time of our visit, however this didn’t detract from the beautiful scenery and experience. Overall a thoroughly relaxing holiday 😎😎

Honeysuckle Cottage

CarolineRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
we had a lovely long weekend staying here, we were lucky with the weather and the surrounding countryside was stunning. Pizzas from the village and the coffee from the deli next to the pizza place were great as it is quite far to drive to eat out otherwise in the evenings. Cottage is well equipped and comfortable with good outdoor eating places. We struggled a bit with the wi fi which worked but was very weak. Lyndsey is a great host and was very responsive. Would recommend.

Traditional cottage at the oceans edge

JustinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A Truly Charming Stay at Chapel Farm We had the most wonderful stay at Chapel Farm, hosted by the incredibly welcoming Dan. From the moment we arrived, Dan made us feel right at home — he was not only accommodating but genuinely kind, which added such a personal touch to our stay. The cottage itself is an absolute gem — full of seaside charm and authenticity. Every detail felt in harmony with the coastal setting, and the peaceful sound of the ocean in the background made it all the more special. Waking up to that natural soundtrack each morning was pure bliss. Adding to the charm were Ginge the cat and Remmi the dog — both delightful companions who made the stay feel even more homely. Our chats with Dan were truly enjoyable and made us feel like we were staying with an old friend. The scenery surrounding the cottage is nothing short of stunning, a tranquil escape that soothes the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a more idyllic setting or a better host. Thank you Dan

Holt Cottage near Llansteffan

DilysRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Holt Cottage was easily recognisable, as the location on the estuary was exactly like the photographs, and opposite, on the other side of the river, The Boathouse in Laugharne, home of Dylan Thomas. The beaches at Llansteffan and Scott's Bay are also as described and well worth visits. Mark and Kim are very friendly and welcoming hosts and respond quickly to communications. the Cottage had all that we required; was warm and comfortable. Both, my friend Anne and myself, slept well, enjoying the peace and quiet, the bird sounds and as the photos show wonderful sunsets. Mark's directions are easy to follow, as are the entry instructions. All of which, ensured we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Thank you.
