Vacation rentals with a balcony in Rhône

Thanks so much to Hanspeter and Edith for this stay. We really enjoyed the apartment. It is quiet, comfortable, ideally located, with a nice view of the river that passes right in front and the mountains around. The kitchen was very well equipped, Hanspeter took the time to launch fireplaces at the end of the day of skiing and Edith gave us some very good pool recommendations. We will be back if possible:-). Thank you!

The apartment is ideally located! Close to many shops ( pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, local shops, bar/tobacco...) and bus lines, we were able to visit part of Nice on foot. Parking is not easy but we have always found a place ( rue Lascaris) and you can pay for parking via your mobile. It is difficult to leave the windows open as the street is very busy but the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and fans. The small balcony is nice for smokers and the view is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room spacious. Our hosts are very responsive, friendly and attentive. All the details are given in the necessary time and no surprise. We had a lovely stay in Nice thanks to this flawless organization.

Perfect vacation at Utoring! View from room 412 was a fantastic and convenient way out to take the Torrento gondola! The host was also very friendly and had everything we needed during the stay. We will come again😊

Overall it is a great place. It provides all the necessary cooking utensils and equipment, and spacious apartment. Pepper and dish washing detergent is also provided. There is dishwasher but i dont know how to use it. You can also see matterhorn from the balcony. It is also clean. Other comments : - you need to clean the garbage before checkout, elsewise you be charged. Only one garbage bag provided, although we stay for 3 nights. -there are flies if you open the windows during the night -it will be better if coffee capsule provided -you will need to collect the key on other places (interhome office), before heading down to rented unit -it will be better if there is laundry machine and dryer in the unit -there is some stairs to climb before reaching the lift

We spent the week at a beautiful and peaceful appartament in Borghetto, highly recommended. The apartament was exactly like advertised.

A very nice apartment with a magnificent sea view, an ideal location in the heart of Cannes! Premium amenities with rooms illuminated by light. Proximity to the beach and the beachfront walk ideal for beautiful sunset. I had a very pleasant stay and Sabine was always very welcoming. I would definitely stay in this beautiful apartment .

Great location, very spacious and pleasant to live in. Big plus the library filled with comics that occupied the après-ski time well :-) to be recommended!

Incredible location with a unique view of the Lago dOrta. In the spacious garden on comfortable sun loungers, we were able to quickly immerse ourselves in total peace and quiet. The house is spacious - and perfectly furnished. We didn't miss anything while cooking, neither utensils nor spices. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds. As an electrosensible being, I was able to pull the Wi-Fi plug, living and sleeping radiation-free, a huge gift. Thank you, Davide, for making us so good that it was cozy even on cool evenings. Finally, I wish all tenants to clean dishes and pots in the cabinets, to the delight of everyone involved.

Nice cottage, comfortable and cozy. Nice location. Too bad the fireplace smoked quite a bit and therefore it was not possible to make a fireplace without having your eyes stinging...

We loved the way Guillaume’s house has been renovated. It’s full of character and very spacious. It is very well appointed, with all the kitchen utensils and crockery you could need for a large family. Being there in January we didn’t make the most of all the outdoor spaces but they were a nice backdrop from every part of the house and must be great at other times of the year. Chateauneuf is very quiet in winter, surrounded by lovely countryside.

Lovely little chalet with a beautiful private patio in the center of a quaint small Swiss village. Great amenities including a huge walk-in shower, dishwasher and very comfortable beds. Check-in and check-out went super smooth and communications with owner as well as interactions with local host were a real pleasure. Thank you so much Matthias and Barbara for making our stay an unforgettable and beautiful vacation memory!
