Beautiful little house in a very quiet location. In the house you will find everything needed for a vacation. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, lying everywhere and just the right little things. A great garden for the children, beautiful hikes possible, with a stopover in rustic restaurants. We have been there in spring and winter so far. We hope to try autumn and summer. Highly recommended!

We had a great weekend at Kathi's beautiful cottage. It's all there that makes it very easy to feel comfortable right away. Great room layout for 3 families with small children, top amenities, tastefully furnished, lovingly decorated. We will be happy to come back!

A beautiful place to relax & explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted on the terrace by a curious, trusting fire salamander. The cottage is very cozy with a lot of love for detail and you immediately feel comfortable - everything you need is there. A big thank you to Katharina for the warm hospitality. Not for the first time, we were in the beautiful vacation home in Kleukheim and as always, everything was perfect. Maria's mother spoiled us with homemade jam and every morning a bag of fresh rolls hung on our door, which Maria's father had picked up from the baker. In the afternoons, we often sat in the small enchanted garden and had a good time. Thank you for a great place to stay and for your hospitality and warmth.

The house conforms to the description in every respect. It is very pleasant, very comfortable, very quiet while being close to all amenities. We enjoyed the barbecue, heated pool, sauna and beautiful garden (and the singing of many birds!)

I was warmly welcomed by Andreas for the key handover. The apartment is huge with large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms… excellent. Andreas had already put drinks in the refrigerator, which could be bought at supermarket prices. So, a refreshing arrival was given: great service.

Great value for money, great location in the middle of nature and not far from Bad Kissingen, with private terrace, quiet, discreet and clean. In addition, Angelika and her husband are very nice and straightforward.

Our stay was just great, we felt right at home. The apartment really offers everything you have at home. The bed is a dream😌. Everything is very clean, bright, spacious, even a generous freezer is available. Lots of nature directly within walking distance but also many possibilities to do something by car (Erfurt/Weimar/Coburg) 😊 but even after 1 week of stay - the time was far too short. Also the contact with Nicole and her family was very nice, you felt immediately welcome🤗. We really didn't miss anything, definitely worth a visit - be it for hiking, city trips or simply to unwind. We had a very pleasant stay and were happy with the accommodation. If we had any questions, we got quick answers and had a friendly welcome from Irina. The apartment is really nice and large, with the terrace/balcony being a real jackpot.

I really enjoyed the tranquility. I explored the surroundings by jogging. It was just great, especially since the weather was also perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful residential area, the pretty apartment and that we could reach everything on foot. Such as the city center, bakery, supermarket. We always got a parking space in the street. The Frauenberg Monastery with a fantastic terrace overlooking Fulda is only 15 minutes' walk away. On weekends, there is also a free shuttle from the city center to here. We used that twice to get "home" faster. This was very handy. We recommend this place. The lockbox made it perfect for check-in.

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!

I booked this Airbnb for my friends while they stayed in Germany for my wedding. Absolutely beautiful area. Very walkable especially to the train station. Host met us there and gave a tour. Very friendly and gave us lots of good tips

Big plus points are of course sauna and pool table, but also beyond you can only feel comfortable here because you notice how much passion is in the apartment. On top you have a flexible and warm host with Toto, who allowed us to check out later and attach great importance to making his guests feel comfortable. We will be back!

Staying at Julia and Oliver's was very relaxing. We have proactively received all the information. Communication was very quick and friendly. Julia personally welcomed us, showed us everything and gave us great restaurant tips. The accommodation was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could ever need. In addition, a pretty terrace invited you to relax. I can only recommend the place.

Great, tastefully furnished, clean apartment, generously sized for 2 people, would also be sufficient for 4 people for a weekend. The location is great, very central, less than 10 minutes' walk to the highlight like the cathedral. Nevertheless, the apartment is absolutely quiet because it is located in a side street. A nice side aspect is the small quiet garden that belongs to the apartment. Very, very cool if the weather is right. The communication with Lothar was flawless. Everything was well described. In this respect, full score for the apartment and Lothar as host. Great apartment, great host, great value for money!
