Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lower Franconia

Very nice house with sauna in the basement. We immediately felt at home, the house is so cozy! The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms have many nice details, decorations and the view from the living room is wonderful! The sauna area is also well thought out, very relaxing, and the sauna is hot! The hosts are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. We stayed 3 nights and would like to stay longer, the house is just great!

We had a great weekend at Kathi's beautiful cottage. It's all there that makes it very easy to feel comfortable right away. Great room layout for 3 families with small children, top amenities, tastefully furnished, lovingly decorated. We will be happy to come back!

Caroline and Alexander were always friendly and easy to reach - online and on site. The place is definitely worth the price. Great location to relax for a few days and enjoy time with good friends. We want to go there again...

The cottage is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, at the end of a sparsely populated road that leads up into the forest. There are very nice paths and views of our valley, it is very quiet and just very calming to look out the window and only see nature. Inside it is very cozily furnished and everything we needed was already there, even the basics for washing and cooking. The shower is so great and the beds very cozy, I slept incredibly peacefully there. Dominique was responsive to all questions and always very friendly and accommodating. The underfloor heating was the candy and the landscape balm for the soul. I think we'll be back, it was just a fantastic getaway, with everything our heart desired.

We had a great relaxing few days. The property is perfect for relaxing and has enough space. We had everything we needed. "Whining to a high standard: the bathroom is quite small in relation to the house". The surrounding area is great for hiking and walking.

Staying with Eleonora was everything we wanted for our group of 13 people and more!Both apartments were modern, well equipped, clean and spacious. We all slept excellently and felt immediately comfortable. The terrace is a great bonus. We were also grateful about the air conditioning. Numerous free parking spaces in front of the door as well as the proximity to the tram were ideal for our group, with different places of origin. The contact with Eleonora was excellent: she was always available, helpful and accommodating. Would recommend this place anytime! Thank you to Eleonora and congratulations on a great place to stay.

Location of the premises was just perfect for me. Almost everything is nearby. The apartment itself is lovingly equipped with everything needed. If I need a place to stay again spontaneously, I will contact Patrick again!

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I booked this Airbnb for my friends while they stayed in Germany for my wedding. Absolutely beautiful area. Very walkable especially to the train station. Host met us there and gave a tour. Very friendly and gave us lots of good tips

Great place, comfortable, very well equipped and modern. Relatives of Tina live next door, are helpful, have good tips and are easily accessible. It is practical that Tina has two apartments directly next to each other, so you can choose and combine them depending on the group size. In the apartment for 7 people, however, you have to consider that two double beds are together in one room, the third double bed in the upper part of the mesonet apartment is only accessible via a very narrow and steep spiral staircase and the seventh sleeping place is the couch in the living room. Basically, the individual room doors are made of frosted glass - light and sounds come through very well - you should consider this if someone wants to stay awake longer in the living room and talk... We made beautiful excursions to Lohr and Wertheim (glass museum!), as well as a few great hikes in the area. Very happy to come back.

Place can fit a family of 4. Lacks a TV but has a washer. Clean, and once you get the heaters working it's good(note that it's cold the first few hrs). The automated drink station by the entry collects some iffy people you will need to avoid.

Super nice contact, apartment tip-top, lovingly furnished and we felt very comfortable. Especially the large bathroom and kitchen with living room were great. Everything is great! Clean and tidy apartment with everything you need. You can walk to the Main River in 2 minutes, restaurants are also within walking distance, underground is spacious, the kitchen is equipped in such a way that you can cook small dishes (2 stoves).
