We rent out our beautiful & modern apartment while we are some months on vacation. Experience Basel in one of its most lively neighborhoods! The apartment is in a quiet street with view on Matthauskirche and only few steps away from restaurants and bars. Buses and trams are 2 minutes far by foot, and the Rhein only 5 mins distant. Short driving distance also from the airport (15 min) and Badischer Bahnhof. The apartment has 2 bedrooms available for guests, one of them with private balcony.

My home is modern & uncluttered with a kitchen containing herbs, spices, cooking oils, teas, coffees & access to my food larder. A unique surprise awaits each guest in the form of a welcome basket in the entrance hall as I believe in ALWAYS putting the customer at the center of whatever I do.

River Birs which is almost in front of the house is giving you an opportunity for a refreshing walk, jogging, swimming, sunbath, or BBQ. City center 10min by tram, 30 min by a walk along the wonderful river Rhine. St. Jakob 10min to walk. SBB train st. 15min with the tram.

Prophetengut - die Perle im Jurapark

Die Gründung des Prophetengutes datiert auf das Jahr 1720 als am Südabhang des Bözbergs, mit Blick auf den Alpenbogen, ein stattlicher Hof errichtet wurde. Von Beginn an wurde Weinbau betrieben; eine Tradition, die wir mit neuangelegtem Weinberg und eigener Kellerei fortschreiben. Geniessen Sie in unserer 108 m2 grossen luxuriösen Loft mit eigenem Garten die Ruhe und herrliche Aussicht unseres Hofes mit vielen Tieren, sowie den umgebenden Jurapark.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
