We were made to feel very welcome by Mrs. Joyce, Daniel's mother. Seu João, responsible for the maintenance of the house and attention to the guests, was super polite and attentive with us. Daniel is also very kind. We were courtesy of a few more hours in the house, as there were no guests waiting to enter the day of our check out. The house is complete, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds. The outside area is indescribable, very pleasing. The clean pool and the water at the ideal temperature. I recommend the facilities. We are already planning to return. 👏👏😍

The house is excellent. Anything you need, you'll find. It's also extremely clean, tidy, and spacious. Ideal to rest and enjoy summer days. The house is located in a closed and safe condominium. Great place to walk, practice physical activity, and rest. Carmen is great host, always willing and responsive in communication. I highly recommend hosting. And I won't wait to come back :)

Mara is one of the best hosts I've ever had, if not the best! In these last 3 months this was my home and whenever I had a mishap, Mara promptly solved or assisted me in the resolution. I felt super at home, all my needs were met and Mara was very attentive to help me adapt in the city. He even helped me find a cleaner for this period and also a reliable pet shop for my dogs to bathe safely. I recommend it to everyone who stays here!

He also checked out very early, always with a lot of kindness and good humor. The house was very organized, clean and had all the items advertised. Clean and organized towels and bed linen. Valesca's place is a mimo, planned, functional, cozy... Perfectly meets the needs for a quiet stay! The swimming pool with the view of the cerros is a spectacle apart!

Everything in the house was new and in perfect condition. A pickup truck in the garage.

My 2-day stay was amazing! The house is exactly as in the photos: very clean, organized and with a cozy atmosphere. The pool was impeccable and was one of the highlights of our stay. The location is also great, with easy access to everything we need. I highly recommend and would definitely return!
