House vacation rentals in Requena-Utiel

Seguro repetiremos, la casa es preciosa, amplia y muy cómoda. Tiene todo lo necesario dentro para pasarse unos dias de descanso espectaculares en una zona hermosa y con vistas fenomenales. Gareth ha estado pendiente y es una persona muy amable y educada lo que hace que den ganas de volver. Solo agregaría una cosa para que sea perfecto todo y seria una mesa y sillas para poder comer fuera disfrutando el precioso jardín que tiene la propiedad. Salvo eso, ha sido todo perfecto. Hasta la próxima Gareth!

We hebben echt genoten in de villa met zwembad. Op de aankomstdag kwam Sophie langs om kennis te maken en informatie te delen. Een auto is nodig op deze locatie. Denia is een fantastische stad. We zijn ook 1 nacht naar Ibiza geweest met de Balearía (met de auto op 8 minuten afstand van de villa. Het is wel iedere keer goed opletten met uitrijden bij de in-/ uitrit. En er is een lekker restaurant op 5 minuten loopafstand. Kortom het was een fantastische week en zou deze villa aanraden bij vrienden en kennissen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Pool,es war alles da was man braucht! Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet! Besonders freundliche Gastgeber, Schwiegermutter hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt,trotz Sprachbarriere😉Der Pool war das Highlight,allerdings haben wir auch leckeren Salat frisch vom Garten an Tag 1 bekommen,der ganze Garten mit Gemüse,Blumen und Pflanzen ist sehr schön gepflegt! Danke für Alles:) Etwas nervig,war das unkontrollierte Hundegebell vom Nachbarn zu allen Tages und Nachtzeiten! Aber da kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts für!!! Auf nach Spanien in diese schöne Unterkunft Leute! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland Katja, Wolfgang und Leon.

Das Haus war einfach perfekt - sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Umgebung ist Traumhaft schön und lädt zu Erkundungen und Entspannung ein. Der Vermieter war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man fühlte sich einfach bestens auf gehoben.

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr ruhige Lage was uns sehr gefallen hat. Grundstück mit dem Pool zusammen sehr schön angelegt. Toll ist auch die Garage da kamen unsere Motorräder gut unter. Super Umland egal ob zum Motorrad fahren oder zum Essen gehen alles da was braucht. Der Strand aber auch die Berge faszinieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gruß aus dem Saarland.

La casa increíble. Se corresponde perfectamente con la descripción del anuncio. Dispone de todo lo necesario, cosa que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. La piscina es todo un plus. Los dos patios le dan un extra a la casa para poder disfrutar al aire libre, el hecho de que tenga barbacoa también suma. La zona es muy tranquila, lo cual es perfecto si quieres descansar. Patricia es una excelente anfitriona he tenido una buena comunicación con ella en todo momento, todo han sido facilidades. Jennifer ha sido también muy atenta y nos ha recomendado un montón de sitios a los que acudir. Estoy segura de que repetiremos experiencia. Muchas gracias por dejar que nos alojáramos en tu casa.

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Hemos estado muy agusto, buena ubicación y apartamento muy bien preparado, no faltaba de nada. Tanto Lula como Elena han sido muy amables.

Wir hatten leider nur 4 Tage Zeit, aber Valencia ist immer eine Reise wert. Eugenia war von Anfang an sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat prima geklappt. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und hell, alles da was man braucht. Sogar Klappliegen und ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand, der etwa 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Die Matratzen sind super.

El lugar es muy tranquilo para poder relajarse con la familia e incluso con mascotas. Nos los pasamos genial aun siendo un fin de semana corto. Volveremos sin duda! Muchas gracias también a Alejandro por hacer la estancia más amena.

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

We hebben uitstekende dagen gehad in dit mooie ruime huis met mooi dakterras. We zijn super ontvangen en hebben 2 avonden heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van de host, casa Montaña, direct naast de woning. Dank voor de goede zorgen Alejandro en Denise! de locatie is prima in een rustige leuke buurt met leuke barretjes met veel locals. alles is prima bereikbaar. je bent snel op strand en boulevard en met de metro ben je ook zo in het centrum van Valencia. Aanrader!

Sólo quisiera expresar mi agradecimiento a Pilar por la maravillosa experiencia que vivimos el fin de semana. La casa es exactamente lo que se ofrece, cómoda, decorada con encanto y con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días estupendos. gracias y seguramente regresaremos

Ellen ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll und leidenschaftlich um ihre Behausung und die Gäste kümmert. Das Haus mit dem Pool und der Außenterrasse ist wunderschön. Aber das Beste ist der Strand, der sich direkt vor der Tür befindet. Hierfür gibt es Stühle und Sonnenschirme. An alles ist gedacht.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

Spacious villa, perfect for our family. Had everything we need. Kitchen is well equipped, 2 large bathrooms and all the rooms are a great size. We loved the outside space, especially being overlooked by Montgó and the pool area is stunning. Location is great, 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Dénia and a great central location to explore the area.

We loved our stay at Maria's perfect home. Maria and Colin were so welcoming and so easy to communicate with, offering immediate advice and info about anything we asked. It is exactly as described, the house, the pool and environs of the development are spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a supermarket/take away food delivery service that will deliver within minutes of ordering. The house is an easy and flat 8 min walk to the tram servicing El Campello, which is a 20 min walk so the tram was very handy. Alicante is only 30 mins by tram and is a wonderful city to visit. The sandy beach in El Campello is great, lots of space, and the promenade has lots of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and ages. Whilst the beach right beside the house is very stony and not suitable for swimming, there are coves along the coast between the house and El Campello 😀
