這是一棟台南東區透天的房子，有著私人獨立的空間，一個小迴廊和小前庭，您將使用的是這棟房子單獨一樓的房間，一樓沒有其他的房客與您共住，有別於其他的集合住宿，這會帶給您一種仿如在地人的在地體驗，一個融入在地環境的房源，保有部份原有房子的原貌，也增加了新的創意元素，不用爬樓梯，室內空間寬敞約有12~15坪，3面採光。走路5分鐘就可以到的景點介紹: ●巴克禮公園(全台最大的生態溼地公園) ●台南市文化中心(藝術中心) 公園附近是各式的餐廳，還有寶雅生活百貨和全聯超市。離附近100公尺的榮譽街上也很方便,有各式的店家從早餐到宵夜,還有一間超商7-11，全家便利商店。 *備註 :台南火車站與市區內有電動機車可租用，對於外國人來說也可以無需更換國際駕照，市區內也有隨租隨還的電動機車可以租用，房源附近也都有U-Bike可使用。 *房源有些靠近鐵路旁，偶爾會有些許的聲音，在室內並不明顯，火車晚上9點後就很少了，10點多一班經過，11點多最後一班列車，半夜是停駛沒有火車的，如果對聲音【很敏感】的人需斟酌。 *收費停車格晚上20:00~08:00不收費

Near Da-tong night market. 1 minute walk to a bus stop (Line 6) and a T-Bike stop. A 5-10 walk to National Cheng Kong University. There are convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. This newly renovated industrial-styled hostel is the perfect choice for families, and can house up to seven guests. The first floor of our bnb is the lounging area, which offers a coffee machine, a microwave, a mini-oven, and a water dispencer.

台南仁德區包棟民宿

本房不論幾位入住，都是包棟的形式，如果是兩位入住只會開放2樓一間房間，依照人數開放房間，4位則是開放1+2樓，若是第5位入住則是加2樓房間的地舖床，床型如照片，第6位入住時則直接開放3樓房間，2樓房間不會加床。盥洗浴室在二樓的房間內，一樓有一間公用廁所，三樓沒有廁所，麻煩大家先確認清楚呦。每次都是開放一組客人入住，房東也不會同時在屋內，有任何問題也都可以聊聊。房源有提供車庫，但是對面鄰居的車若是停在門口時會較不好停，請用倒車入庫的方式停您的愛車會容易許多，若是擔心不好停或是住宿超出一輛車，附近也都有許多白線可以路邊停車。為了維護房屋品質，本房全面禁止吸煙，麻煩務必配合謝謝！！若遭房東發現糾舉，房東有權收取清理費2000元，並終止住宿！附近有南紡夢時代、吳寶春麵包、丹丹漢堡、奇美博物館，開車皆在15分鐘內可抵達可ㄌㄞ、驚喜: ninitang0425

我是史丹利，因為之前常在國外流浪，最後回台灣找了這間公寓，整修後就長駐在這，把在美國住的溫馨感搬回台灣，目前基本設備已大致完工，朋友來家Party都覺得很像民宿的感覺，建議我出租分享給朋友，所以個人覺得這邊就是個小酌聊天後能好好睡一覺的地方，所以歡迎大家來玩，請各位放心，你們來時我會打包行李去好好流浪的，不會打擾到你們
