Gemütliche 1 Zimmer Souterrain Wohnung im Bayerischen Wald Raus aus der Hektik, rein in die Stille. Im Sommer angenehm kühl, im Winter kuschelig warm. 38 km entfernt v. Regensburg. Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Located right on the water and super quiet. Contact with the host was hassle-free and very nice, check-in and check-out worked smoothly. The apartment is well equipped and perfectly located to explore nature in the area. Since the apartment is located outside the village, you can walk 5 minutes to the village, in the evening sections are partly unlit. That wasn't an issue for us, though. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

The apartment is very modern and furnished as new and was very clean. We were thrilled with the amenities. There are even robes and children's toys ready. Maryna was also available at short notice for questions and very friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in the building very much. It is very convenient that you can reach it directly in the bathrobe via the hallway and stairwell or elevator and do not have to leave the building. Can fully recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

We stayed in Ingrid's apartment for three nights. The apartment has absolutely everything you could need and more. Ingrid is a super host. The place is super quiet. The apartment is impeccably clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed linens and towels are impeccable. Without a doubt, we will stay at Ingrid's apartment again on our next trip. 100% recommended.
